I was good experience stay , nice and clean Breakfast included

Das Hotel war Welten davon entfernt, die Bezeichnung „sauber“ zu verdienen. Der Teppichboden war nicht gestaubsaugt und voller ekliger Flecken, im Badezimmer fand man nichts anderes als ranzige und schimmelige Silikondichtungen und das Zimmer war verstaubter als so mancher Dachboden. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Insgesamt eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Die Dame an der Rezeption haben wir darauf angesprochen, sie verwies darauf, daß sie angeblich ohne Management nichts tun könne.

On arrival we had to get the hotel to replace our sheets due to them being dirty. There were blood stains on the white sheets. Not sure how they missed them when making the bed for the next round of guests. It took us to go out of our way to request new ones. The bathroom had a loud rundown fan and unclean, the pipes stunk of fish! We had to open the window and keep it open to get some fresh air… still didn’t help the drain situation. We went to go use the microwave but there was no power outlet, had to move it to the other side of the room to use. The people above our room were so noisy (not their fault), we could hear them walking around and woke us up at 6:30am. Not sure how thin the walls/floors are but to be able to hear the other guests walking is very frustrating when you want to sleep. Our ceiling had a crack/hole in it. Don’t bother staying here! Go somewhere else, even if the rates are cheap, not worth it.

We came on a one night getaway with our 2 dogs. Called to confirm we had a pet friendly room reserved which we did but other reviews made me want to call to double check. There’s a service fee of $25 per animal which would be perfectly fine if the room was clean. The room smelled upon opening the door and the carpet was very worn, dirty and had burn holes. But if my dogs were to leave a ‘mess’ how would you tell to charge me $100 fee on top of the $25 per pet? Besides the dirty carpet the curtain was hanging as the clips were broken, the walls and ceiling were dirty and water stained the tub was worn, bathroom sink was slow drain/clogged. The hallway carpeting was bubbled everywhere can’t say how many times we tripped. Breakfast was cold when it had just opened, it would have been good if not for being cold. On a positive note the beds and pillows were comfortable. My suggestion in pet rooms would be to remove carpeting and put down easier to clean flooring for the guest paying extra for pets, I would have expected that charge from the previous party to have had the room cleaned thoroughly for the next guest. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but cleanliness is key and is 75% priority when choosing a hotel.

Place needs a deep cleaning and updating. Carpets in common area badly needed vacuuming/cleaning. Pool deck area needed a good cleaning as well. Room itself was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good. Felt way overpriced for the overall condition of hotel. Would not stay again, mainly due to lack of cleanliness and cost.

Bien localisé mais un peu démodé

The area is beautiful! The breakfast was terrible though. and it was really odd to have a hotel without automatic doors so you have to fight with the doors when bringing your bags in and out. (I know it sounds like a petty thing, but it really jumped out to me when I was fighting with the luggage cart and door)

Was it convenient, yes. Dated orange interior, never once greeted by anyone at front desk. Blanket had blood stains on it. Bathroom sink was plugged and beds were hard. Pillows were so tiny! Breakfast buffet was terrible! We went out for breakfast. The “bacon” was paper thin, eggs were runny and seemed like they were powdered. Coffee came from some huge machine. Overall, very disappointed.
