Rooms are spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, they provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand liquid soap and lotion. Also hair dryer, refrigerator and cable tv. Some rooms have microwave. Staff os friendly and efficient. The free breakfast is good and offers eggs (scrambled, omelette, hard boil, it changes everyday), a hot meat (sausage , sausage patties, bacon), yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, muffins, sometimes fruit, coffee, milk, tea, etc. Parking and internet are free. They also have a mini convenience store at the hotel. The pub downstairs is awesome - Skybokx 109 - with delicious food, drinks, ambiance and live music on Saturdays. Jessica is the best! Natick Mall is right across the street. There are some stores at the Hotel’s plaza, including an Aldi supermarket and a Total Wine. We will be back.

Bed very comfy, spacious room, great night's sleep, free breakfast a level above what is standard, incredible dining area, and friendly staff. Next stay, I have booked another Hampton Inn. In a word .. impressed.

The service was HORRIBLE but the hotel is clean. Average looking. They could not find our reservation upon checking in and instead of just honoring the rate from our confirmation email and booking us a new room, they made us wait for 30 minutes (AT MIDNIGHT) while they tried to troubleshoot. Upon checkout, their machines were down and we had a flight to catch so they made us write our card information down on paper (not secure) to be charged later. Lastly, when the rooms were charged they messed up and charged the same card twice (since we had 2 rooms) instead of charging one room per card. We also asked for a vacuum because we spilled something and they only gave us a rag. One room had a microwave and fridge and the other did not.

This place needs an update - fast. Drafty old noisy windows on a main road in MA don’t cut it for guests or Hilton. You an hear everything from the rooms around/above. And you need to sign up for Hilton Honors for “free” wifi. Not an honor. Not recommend.

Jiust my type of place --- comfortable physically, socially --- very good quality without being too fancy. Spacious, comfortable, clean breakfast dining area, well organized, great food, especially the oatmeal with all the extras I love: nuts, brown sugar, raisins, milk. Hot breakfast of eggs, meat, carbs varied each day. Bed super comfortable, with top comforter just the right weight and with soft pillows. Bathroom well appointed with simple, clean style. Shower easy to operate with good pressure. Elevator easy to use, never waited long.. Front desk staff friendly, efficient, professional. I will definitely be back and use Hampton Inn more often.
