Our first stay at Haveners and I have to say what a fantastic place, staff were all very friendly and helped us carry our suitcase to our room. Room 3 was gorgeous with a lovely view of the quay. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were soft. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 1 night in Havener’s for our wedding anniversary & it was simply perfect from the gorgeous room (room 2) with beautiful view, excellent location, friendly helpful staff to excellent food. Booked a meal in the evening which was amazing in the lovely conservatory overlooking the estuary where we also had breakfast the next day. Drinks & food were not at all expensive (St Austell bars in Newlyn are a lot dearer) which was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back.

Had the best evening meals at Haveners. Always great food, atmosphere and service. Looking forward to coming back in September.

The hotel, staff and food (both breakfast and dinner) were brilliant. We were booked in for 3 nights, but unfortunately an accident resulted in us having to leave one day early. Not only were the staff really sympathetic and caring, they only charged us for the two nights we were there whereas it would not have been unreasonable to have charged the full three. Thank you so much, and I wouldn't hesitate not only to recomend The Havener's, but to book there again when we next visit Fowey. Thank you so much

Absolutely superb. Fantastic location, and the waterfront apartment has everything you need. Although on the quay, it was so quiet. The staff were really helpful, helping us with our cases. I’ve been coming to Fowey for over 20 years and stayed in some lovely places, but this is definitely the best in the terms of location, views and spacious accommodation. The only thing we could have done with was a light above the gate at the bottom of the steps. Already booked for next year!

The location is really lovely and you are right on the waterfront. The chap who greeted us was exceptional. He was friendly, courteous, professional but his interest in ensuring we all enjoyed our stay was genuine. The waitresses at dinner and breakfast were also extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very nice and the selection and standard was high. The rooms were so well equipped and comfortable, they really did have everything you could want. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The shower was hot, good pressure and the bathroom well appointed. I was so impressed with this little hotel. I will definitely return. It exceeded my expectations and was better than many large and expensive hotels. Well done The Havener!
