It’s a Comfort Inn so quite average except for the outrageous price. Unfortunately everything in the area is overpriced. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was reasonably clean, but lots of dingy finger and handprints on the doors and doorknobs. I used my own bleach wipes to clean. Those staying above us were extremely loud. When front desk notified, he kindly took care of issue and able to relax.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, and the sheets had several stains. The room was nice enough otherwise but we picked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but the hot tub was ice cold and the heater was out of order. Josh at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We’ll find a different place next time.

The hairdryer only worked a few minutes. It seemed to blow a fuze because the reset button didn’t work.
Breakfast area is too small.
By the pool, all plastic chairs were broke.

I made a mistake with my booking. I booked wed Feb 28 instead of tuesday the 27th. ******* virtual agent was fine with cancelling and rebooking but needed confirmation from the hotel. A young man got the call (with me at the desk) and he recited his hotel policy about cancelling and that he could not cancel! Not good customer relations!!! The hotel had many open rooms for both nights but the young man was too ignorant to make the decision. I and all I know will NEVER stay at Comfort inns ever again!!!

The bathroom wasn’t clean, stains on the lampshade, and the mattress was hard as a rock. I’m not sure why anyone would buy a mattress that painfully uncomfortable
