Location is not convenient for shopping and dining. Bathroom maintenance not good and seems old, doesn’t look like a hotel of 2-3 years, seems used for more than 5 years

The pool is of good view. All staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

Love the decor and decoration so modern and in good taste. The bed and bedding are top end. No on site parking arriving at 4pm, book a park. Best to dine in the Resturant rather than have room service.

Staff was great, but rooms were poorly designed - lots of form over function stuff - in their best suite and only toilet was visible to living room thru thin glass doors - lots of stupid design features like this really took away from hotel.

There was a bit of confusion around the bill which was poorly communicated by the reception team who preferred to charge me an additional amount just after checking me out with a paper bill. As it turns out, the total did match the Wotif quote but the staff were not very willing to confirm that when I asked why I needed to pay a pre-charge, a chatge on check-in and then a third charge on checkout (all just for the room, not incidentals). Polite feedback sent by email was not acknowledged.
