Great location
If you are planning to visit the TCU areas, this house is a great location. It is a safe neighborhood walkable to campus and lots of restaurants. However, as the owner describes, it is an old house and in need of several minor repairs (spindles on deck, towel racks in bathrooms, rocking ceiling fans, old stained carpet, etc). Also, it was not stocked with sufficient linens (towels, extra blankets). The owner did provide these upon request. All in all, the convenience is a plus as long as you realize the house needs some love.

Cozy property right by TCU!
We came down to visit our son who attends TCU. This property was perfectly situated near campus and all the activities we participated in. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of comfortable areas to lounge. The host was great -- really responsive an If you want to be close to TCU, this is your spot!

Excellent Location/Welcoming Host
Our family is avid travelers and we enjoy staying at different VRBO properties through out the US. This property was slightly different than other properties in which we have stayed and the difference made it an excellent expereince. When booking you must understand this property is older; however there has been a lot of love put into this property with upgrades.
