安娜飯店(Croit Anna Hotel)

Lovley weeks stay at the croit Anna.. on an organised coach trip from the west mids... Room was excellent, great view of Loch linnhe.. (My partner did pick up on a few crumbs left on the floor and window sill on arrival). The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.. Meals were not massive, but really nice.. Would recommend, and deff stay again soon..

We had a lovely 5 day break with Alfa in Fort William staying at the Croit Anna Hotel. We found the staff warm and friendly. We had a room on the first floor( facing the loch ) which had been recently refurbished. The bed linen and towels were spotless. The bathroom had been refurbished and we had a walk in shower which was lovely. The hotel is on a busy road but we were not disturbed by it. On our free day we caught the bus outside the hotel into Fort William (about 10 minutes run and £2-40 each way) The food was O.K. good choice of courses - always something that we liked. Entertainment every night that we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our break and would recommend the hotel.

Visited the hotel by coach stopping overnight there and back. Weather was very warm when we arrived, and stayed like that all week. Unfortunately the midges were out as well. Got a few bites! Hotel room was tired with mismatched carpet, curtains and wallpaper. Having said that we had a good shower and a good nights sleep. Coach Driver Mark was excellent and was very knowledgeable. Staff very helpful and food good too. Went on the gondala up the mountain and went on the steam train to malaig. All in all a great holiday, would definitely go again.

Very reasonably priced holiday with Self Drive Alfa Holidays. The hotel was situated a few miles from Fort William- the hotel was very clean and the food and service could not be faulted. Staff were lovely and friendly. Plenty to do in Fort William- steam train to Mallaig , Ben Nevis (which I did not climb but a nephew did in 8 hrs) Gondola just on the outskirts - boat trip in Loch Linnhe- visited a gem museum-visited Neptune's steps. Pity about the weather also down side were the parking fees!! But still a good holiday

The hotel is in a lovely location on Loch Linnhe, the road gets very busy but I didn’t get disturbed by traffic whilst sleeping. Limited bus service into Fort William but workable as long as you know the times. This visit there seemed to be less staff than previous visits with everyone mucking in and doing whatever needs doing. Room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast is hot and good. If you want a slight variation from a cooked breakfast they will try and accommodate you. Evening meals were ok. Soups were tasty, main courses were a bit hit and Miss and you didn’t always get what was listed on the menu, for example one dinner was meant to have cauliflower cheese and it was served with broccoli cheese. Pan fried halloumi was meant to be served with potato and roasted veg and it was served on a bed of boiled rice with melted cheese on top? Rather strange and bland. When the lady in charge of dining room was off things became a bit faulty towers when left to the boys. They served one table then disappeared for ages into the kitchen. Where they cooking as well? And so on. Our meal that night took 90 minutes to order and eat. The bar area is small and gets busy. Good selection of drinks although different staff charge different prices? Entertainment most nights. Bingo if the green line tours are in as those drivers host the bingo and quizzes. Met some lovely people there and would go back if the opportunity arose.

this hotel was great. food, staff and views were perfect. rooms very clean and comfy everything you want when on holiday. travelled with David Urquhart. entertainment was great and Bingo even better although i never won.
