哈欽森島海灘皇家飯店(Royal Inn Beach Hutchinson Island)

Got a suit and it was filthy, arrived at 4am and couldn't change rooms i til 8:30 the next morning. Then they charged us the price at the hotel Insread of off the website I originally used, was outrageous

We love this little getaway spot. We already reserved a room for new years

Our room was clean, the mattresses were comfy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Office did not open until 8 am, so calls before that were not answered. The hotel is very old in in desperate need of upgrading, should probably be completely gutted. There was a rusty vent, cabinets were chipped, no fan in the bathroom, no mirror in the room. It was very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants, but was very disappointed for a room that was almost $300 a night.

verpaid based on pictures on *******. Lady at front desk was very nice and informative. She’s the only thing going here. Paid more than our resort in Orlando based on pictures. Checked in with family and immediately checked out moments later asking for a refund after daughter’s allergies exploded the moment she walked into the room. Smelled like Cigarettes and musk. Refund was denied for three day stay even though stay was 10 minutes. Even offered to pay the night to get rest of money back. Avoid this place like the plague. Door looked like it was kicked in. A/C did not keep room cool/dry. Loud, unsafe feel to area behind hotel. Read the other reviews! Will absolutely take legal action if attempt to reverse charge does not work. Completely fooled on this one and taken advantage of. ******* should be ashamed.

Could use some more work on keeping the stair wells clean and doing some maintenance on things but the rooms are nice

It was great being within easy walking distance to the beach, jetty, river walk and restaurant. We had a nice ocean view from our room. The whole area was very peaceful until the weekend, when thoughtless people with extra-loud vehicles and ear-splitting music started driving/riding around.

It was a great location, older building but was freshly painted, good location. Nice full size kurig coffee maker with real half and half provided. The front receptionist was very nice.
