Cookies in the lobby on a late night arrival. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and sliced Canadian bacon for breakfast. Wrapped and warm frittatas to go.

It was good until 8:30 am there was a knock on the door and it was the maintenace man. Said he was there to repair a lamp that supposedly didnt work. He came in and saw my husband still he bed and said he'd come back later. U mean to tell me no one checked to see the room was occupied.

The stay was great. The hotel is a bit older and you can tell its in the process of a facelift. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was great with a variety of options for eating healthier. It was the perfect location as well. 1mile from my granddaughter that was turning 1.

The staff was amazingly attentive and courteous. They went out of their way to assist me with various issues. Will stay again when in Ft. Myers.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Staff friendly & professional. Room was clean & bed comfortable. Full breakfast with plenty of options. Restaurants & shopping in the area.

There was an issue with my reservation, but the staff was extremely helpful, and everything worked out fine.

We decided to stay here at the last minute. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who checked me in. She was awesome. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable.

personal is very kind and helpful the only complaint was that the elevator is too old and was out of services for a night(accidents happens) for the rest everything else was excellent.
