Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Airport/FGCU

Excellent staff. Special thanks to manager Casey. She is helped me a lot.. Have continued staying just coz of her.

We were visiting my son for parents weekend at FGCU. The location was excellent. The price was higher than when we moved him in. The breakfast left a little to be desired. The room was clean.

Du check-in au check-out le service a été parfait. La chambre était parfaite, à chaque fois qu'on a demander du service nous avons reçu de l'aide dans les minutes. L’hôtel est partout très propre, le staff est très compétent. La piscine est agréable et le petit déjeuner est complet et varié.

Mehr Komfort braucht kein Mensch.

Bedding was very comfortable. Staff extremely pleasant. Because of an event nearby, the noise was horrible until around midnight.

We were very happy with the hotel! It was clean, spacious, and modern; the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

We liked the extra space of a suite, the bedroom was especially spacious. Pool area was nice and the bingo & dinner were a unique touch on Wednesday night. All employees were pleasant. Liked proximity to the airport. Would come back.

While it was clean and the beds were comfortable, there were many unappealing things: one rickety, loud elevator for the whole place, the pool was basically in a parking lot, the dining room was just an open area in the lobby with not nearly enough chairs and tables to accommodate everyone for breakfast, the room decor was mediocre, the windows could not be opened (and there was a smell of cleaning products and damp in the room), and my 96 year old mother had trouble navigating the tight bathroom areas.
