佩裡坎格蘭德海灘度假村-貴族之家(Pelican Grand Beach Resort, a Noble House Resort)

très bel hôtel, chambre au top et vue magnifique. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est super bon et le personnel sympathique.

The property was lovely, but our treatment at checkout was disappointing and frustrating. The staff member, Daina or Daini, was rude and short with my husband and seemed to want him out of the way. It was so obvious that my husband actually mentioned to her that she was being rude. Being left with that final resort experience turned us off to returning in the future.

This hotel is nice, not great! The beach accommodations with chairs and towel was wonderful and view from oceanfront room is fantastic. Everything else is just ok! Room felt very used: -vanity was broken -recessed can light above shower was falling out -mattress has those been laid in alot dips -Shower wasn’t a rain shower and moldy -toilet paper roll was broken -rugs on floor were ripped in areas -elevators were horribly slow I must say even thought these things I found wrong I enjoyed myself and so did my wife. Cute decor in room and again a wonderful view.

From a wall outlet not working, the elevator stopping on every floor or not working at all despite having 12 floors. Them saying they can't check bags or can't do a late checkout, then someone else saying you can. Getting food poisoning from eating at a restaurant that is double or triple the price it should be. I will not be staying there again.

We were very happy with the hotel overall. Note1 : if you like bar-soap, bring you own. Note2 : There IS a room safe, but its in the closet at chest level. Meaning that if someone else hung up a bunch of clothes before you did, you won't see it or know its even there. i thought we didn't have a safe until the last day, when the person repacked their clothes and I saw it. Service was fabulous. Room and balcony were great. Nice view of the beach right from the balcony. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the beds were a little too soft. Otherwise, very happy with the room. Weather (not the hotel's fault) was kind of cold while we were there. So there was a lot of speculating about "is this normal for Ft. Lauderdale in early January?" being the topic of discussion amongst travelers. The consensus was that it was cold, so if you want to guarantee mid-80s weather in January, you have to go farther south (outside the US).

It was so beautiful we didn’t want to come home. We loved our stay, the room was very clean, the views to the beach and the small balcony. We did breakfast by the beach while watching the sunrise highly recommended! The staff was amazing, the convenience of a bar on site was the perfect ending. We can’t wait to return!

Overpriced! At almost $600 a night, plus $48 a night for parking, $42 a night resort fee, $196 deposit….. food was great but overpriced and not much of a selection for the New Years Eve dinner; drinks ok and also over priced … you have to pay for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash when most hotels offer them complementary..

The staff was very attentive. We arrived several hours before our check in time and they stored our luggage (7 people) and we enjoyed a really nice lunch on the deck. When we were able to check in, our luggage was delivered to our room. We were only there for one night before a cruise but would definitely stay again.

We have at the Pelican Grand for a number of years. The hotel is lovely, rooms are very comfortable. This visit, the elevators and dining room were being renovated, something is always being built or renovated. I just wish we had informed before our stay. We probably would've stayed there anyway, it would have been nice to be told in advance. Beach is beautiful!
