Whitehouse B&B

Llegamos al alojamiento por la tarde. Cuando llegamos nuestra habitación estaba ocupada por otra pareja. Al no haber personal y dejar las llaves en la puerta esto puede pasar… como quedaba una libre aunque peor ( más pequeña y con baño fuera), el propietario nos dijo que si nos importaba cambiarnos a esa a cambio de reembolsarnos 50 libras. Al día siguiente en el desayuno nos MINTIÓ y nos dijo que había hablado con booking y que llegaría en 5 días máximo. Un mes después no ha llegado nada. He escrito al propietario y no contesta y también he reclamado el dinero por booking pero le da igual. Cuando viajo es importante la seguridad y sobre todo la responsabilidad de los lugares donde me hospedo. En este caso, no te puedes fiar. Además las habitaciones no están mal de tamaño pero hay mucho polvo en las moquetas.

Agréable expérience en B&B, hôte très accueillant qui nous a réservé un moment d'échange lors du petit déjeuner. La White House est très bien située dans la jolie petite ville historique de Fort Augustus, l'hébergement est simple mais propre, chaleureux.et très cosy.

Villetta con parcheggio, a 100 mt dal lago e dalle chiuse del canale ( da non perdere la mattina il passaggio delle barche chiusa per chiusa ) Ambiente vissuto ma molto Scottish Camera ampia con bellissima doccia ( ne comprerò una uguale ) Buona e abbondante colazione, compreso il classico full Scottish. Indimenticabili i coniglietti che girano liberi per i prati del borgo...

We stayed here for 1 night visiting Loch Ness. It's very close to the village and the cruise tour, approx 5 min walk. It's a self service check in, you call the number on the door and are given instructions on how to access your room. Negative points: The room is very basic with the flattest pillows I have ever used. Did not make for a great sleep! There are no chairs in the room which makes sitting in there awkward. There is a common area with chairs and sofa but the people sitting in there were quite loud. Gave up trying to read and relax. A bottle of water would have been useful which I would happily pay for. Only realised once we returned to our room after an evening out. Positive Points: The bathroom is amazing! the shower is the best I have ever used and I didn't want to get out. Breakfast is time booked via messenger on the app. It's self serve and the food was all freshly cooked. We were served poached eggs and unlimited tea. This was a great start to our journey home. Easily the nicest breakfast of our trip.

The Whitehouse exceeded all our expectations.. Alistair is a fantastic friendly host with an extensive knowledge of the area and beyond. The room (1) was spotless and comfy and also very. Sound proofed windows Breakfast top class. Highly recommended
