I was at the hotel on a business trip: myself and a co-worker. The young man and lady working the front desk were amiable. However, when it came to cleaning the room, it wasn't very good. After the 3rd, I asked for the room to be cleaned. I returned that afternoon to find out that all housekeeping did was remove the old towels and put down new ones. They never cleaned the bathroom. They never changed the bedding, vacuumed, or swept the floor. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she informed me that the room was clean, and she checked herself; however, it was not valid. We had to bring her to the room for her to see that the room was not cleaned, nor was the bedding changed. She did have House cleaning to change the sheet. I told her I would be back the following week and was requesting the large room again. When I returned two days later and asked for a large room, she told me they were fully booked and the room was unavailable later that evening. After speaking with someone else at the front desk, they said to me that there were large rooms available, the room that we were in was infested with ladybugs in the bathroom and in the sleeping area. I gave up at that point asking for anything else. The manager told me she would give me 2000 points but that was the best that she could do.
