Horrible, overpriced , theu don't care about your experience and or you like the previous owners/staff.. seems to be all new people too who don't seem to know what they're doing. Just overall not the place to be anymore

We found this hotel after spending a long Day at Yellowstone. Instead of sleeping at the park, we decided to start our drive back to Illinois. Great owner, very friendly. Even though the town was doing major road work in front of the Motel, the room and Motel was in excellent condition and very clean. Nice easy road breakfast (toast, Cereal, Juice, coffee , hard boiled eggs.)

We needed a room in the area and Miles City was booked. We had a very pleasant evening in Forsyth and the hotel was part of it. Clean, with large rooms and quiet even though it was full. Front desk was pleasant. The breakfast was pretty lame, but enough to get down the road. Dinner at the Iron Horse was delicious and the bar was full of local and friendly people. But this is Montana, and that is how it is.

Granddaughter traveling and her tire was going flat stopped in Forsyth Mt. Got her a room at Sundowner Inn. They were so helpful, in the morning they even got a air compressor and filled her tire up so she could get to the tire shop and the tire repaired

Room is clean and bed was firm and bathroom was clean with large shower head and enjoyed there Tea, and also has plasma TV, I'm a returned customer stayed her multiple times would give good reviews on motel for cleanliness and affordable pricing. It's a great price for short term stay

We were told we booked a room with a queen bed but it seemed to small for queen size sheets were to short for the bed Bed is so soft feels like you sink to the floor. Carpet is dirty and the room has an unpleasant odor. Last resort as all the hotels in Miles City were full. Wouldn't recommend.
