梅薩託雷飯店 & 溫泉 SPA(Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa)

Posto splendido - location super con accesso al mare immerso in mezzo ad un parco Ristorante molto giusto, cucina sana ma molto curata Staff super gentile molto attento scuola pellicano che frequentiamo da tanti anni Piscina nuotabile forse troppo caldo per me ma capisco che alla clientela piace calda Palestra nuova rispetto 2 anni fa bellissima con strumenti aggiornati Unica pecca ma non certo per albergo il mare spesso non pulitissimo dovuto all’invidia delle persone

Una esperienza meravigliosa e fantastica. Il personale le strutture e il serivizio sn assolutamente da 5 stelle. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Dal check in al check out tt si prendono cura di te vieni “coccolato” come se fossi in famiglia.

Fantastique hôtel ! Nous sommes arrivés par la mer grâce à la réservation d’un transfert en bateau privé . L’emplacement est extraordinaire et l’hôtel magnifique présente un charme inconstestable tout en étant parfois un peu désuet . Les vues sont splendides . Les chambres sont soignées , les salles de bain pas toutes égales (certaines sans fenêtre ce qui est vraiment dommage ) . Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était délicieux et les déjeuners /dîners aussi . Le service est très attentionné , un grand merci à Francesco et Salvatore qui ont rendu notre anniversaire de mariage inoubliable.

Complimenti a Silvestro e al suo talento di cuoco a colazione. Speriamo di vedere il suo zabaione ai frutti rossi nel menù per i dolci del ristorante Torre. Gentilezza de tutta la squadra del Mezzatorre !

Una meravigliosa e rilassante vacanza. L'albergo e la location sono incantevoli. Il personale é eccezionalmente gentile e professionale, il cibo delizioso. La Spa comoda, pulitissima e tutto il personale estremamente bravo. Indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare.

Très beau séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel fantastique! Le personnel était au petits soins pour nous, la chambre avec terrasse sur mer extraordinaire. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, de la baie privée, testé les deux restaurants et le bar de l'hôtel. C'est un week-end dont nous nous souviendrons...

Exceptional in every way! We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at this resort and our expectations were surpassed each day. The gracious welcoming as soon as you arrive, the incredible restaurants with exquisite service and fine dining, the servers who remember you after initial encounter and address you as a friend. The spa services were spectacular and elegant. One of the most special properties we have ever visited.

Let’s start with the fact that this hotel is located on what was once a volcano, so the thermal spas are visited by those who come from around the world. Receiving Staff – The staff was beyond amazing. Upon my arrival, everyone was so kind and friendly. I was met at the gate where my taxi was able to come through and they had a golf cart to take my luggage. The check-in process was nice and easy, which is especially nice as it was a little taxing getting there due to the change in the ferry because of the weather. Room Configuration – My room was so calming. Situated in the watchtower was excited after hearing the story that goes along with this property. I love how the living, sleeping and powder room had their own space. I felt as though I was in my own apartment. The windows were nice and large looking out to the sea and the pool area. I had lots of natural light in each area forementioned. The pristine white décor and the bright beautiful tile work in the powder room were so regal. Turndown Service- There was nice water on the side no slippers on the floor. Breakfast – Was amazing. Everything I wanted was available. The presentation starting with the plateware to the cutlery was very well thought out. I love it when a hotel steps away from the basic “white” plateware. Here you felt as if they brought out the fine China. The staff was so attentive. Hotel Location – On an island. Imagine that. I was somewhat intimidated by the location as I would be traveling from Rome and the logistics seemed overwhelming. However, after speaking with the hotel’s concierge and they provided a great detailed explanation of how to get to their property which gave me more ease. I worked with my transportation travel partner who arranged my pickup /drop off at the ferry ports. This hotel is at the end literally on one side of the island, but the location is beyond. I cannot wait to share this treasure with my clients. My return is inevitable.
