Was a nice hotel beds were comfortable staff was nice..I will be going there again

The hotel was very nice, it had great amenities and was centrally located close to everything. A nice park across the street for a great view and a place to walk. The room had floor to ceiling windows and the natural light was amazing. My only complaint is that none of the furniture was comfortable. The bed was a little hard but not terrible but the couch/hideaway bed was awful. It was not a good couch nor a good bed. There were two chairs as well and they were uncomfortable as well. The furniture in the lobby area was comfy, they just need to extend that to the rooms.

Love the fact that the property is really well maintained even though it’s been 5 years old (as informed). The room and hallways were really clean and fresh — smells of clean, new carpets which led to the thought that it could be a new hotel but it really isn’t! Free and accessible parking on premise as well, another brownie point! Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely come back again.

I only have a couple complaints about Aloft, everything other than that everything was great. Pros: Great location, Nice Staff, Clean Room, Good Shower, Comfy Bed, Fast Internet. Cons: VERY loud doors... every time a neighbor closed their door, I woke up. No microwave in unit. Not a comfortable desk chair. Very very expensive snacks in lobby.

I have stayed at this property a few times and each time is very pleasant. The staff is very nice and the rooms are modern and comfortable. I enjoy the ease of parking and the availability of snacks and food in the lobby. I will definitely make this a place I stay at more often when I’m in the area as I always have a very nice time and a very comfortable today.

No tenía agua caliente, llegue a las 11 de la noche cansada después de un largo día , no me pude dar un baño. Me levanto 5 am para irme a trabajar y no avía agua caliente llamamos y no nos resolvieron nada . No eh recibido ni un correo con disculpas por parte de este hotel. Es increíble que mi hija no se pudiera dar un baño.

Wi-fiが高速でベッドも寝やすかった。 部屋は清潔なので料金は割安だと思う

Hotel was clean and quiet. It had a nice game entertainment area on main floor near lobby, as well as a heated pool.

No body wash, no coffee pods, only coffee machine, breakfast just breakfast sandwiches- poor
