奇黑利斯瑞萊克斯飯店(Relax Inn Chehalis)

Its an older motel (we've stayed here before). Plumbing from unit behind our room is quite loud (guest showering at 3am woke me up). Towels are old and dingy (stained), and need to be replaced. Bed was rock hard, pillows too! Should we opt to stay again, we'll request a room that doesn't have a room with ahared plumbing.

The room was great. Everything we needed was there. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were think and hard. Not comfortable. Also, it seems we were right beside the laundry where someone began the washing about 3am and the noise was very apparent in our room making it hard to sleep. A different room might have been better.

They refused to check in our employee and wanted us to send our credit card and id to them which we refused to do due to possiblility of identy fraud being to easy giving all that information. We advised we will be disputing the charges.

Luke warm hot water! Extra charge for pet, not the amount listed in "policy." Became instantly angry when asked about additional pet charge and additional room charge (and yes, I had a printed copy of reservation charges from *******.)

Easy access, clean bathroom, comfy beds & pillows, great coffee shop next door. Should change musty carpet to linoleum or other cleanable surface. Priced a bit high compared to other similar places we stayed.

My go-to place while in the area on business. Not fancy, but good value.

Whoever thought about building a motel beside railroad tracks wasn't smart. Thank god I was only staying one night. The room smelled very strange. The bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were like bricks. They advertise sauna tubs, but you're not fitting in them if you're over 5'2". I'd say the best thing about the place was the lady who checked me in. She was super nice and helpful, in pointing me in the right direction for food.

Convenient of I-5 but old and needs updating. Old and musty smell but the bed was very comfortable
