納格斯海德旅館

We was welcomed by staff as soon as we arrived. clean room great food .the nags head was cosy and the staff where happy to help in anyway to make our visit special 10/10

Very helpful and friendly staff, also noticed I was on crutches and offered me the option of a downstairs room which was very much appreciated. First class service, cleanliness and breakfast.

An overnight stop on the way to Pembrokeshire. Staff were all very friendly and the food was very good. The hotel is on quite a busy road, though we did go for a walk along the local canal and golf course and that was pleasant - and we avoided the thunderstorms !

Excellent!! Amazing business stay...... Very comfortable, clean room with all general amenities. Food in the restaurant was amazing & staff very friendly. Will definitely return.

Mondo Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing .

Disappointed My room had a TV with no reception so i couldn’t watch anything despite 2 members of staff having a look to be told someone else would have a look but never did. Also felt misled as said breakfast bug as I went for breakfast it was a continental breakfast and if I wanted a cooked breakfast it was an additional £10.
