Our apartment, approx. 60 sqm, living room / bedroom, kitchen, shower room, toilet, fully equipped (incl. Bed linen and towels), is located on the first floor. The house is a listed building. It is the third oldest house in Forchheim and was renovated in 2007. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. The apartment is located in the city center, a 15-minute walk from the main train station. Restaurants are within walking distance. Altstadtflair
Unangenehm war die muffige Bettwäsche,
der extrem verkalkte Wasserkocher und der vergessene Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine.
Sowas geht nicht.

Kurzrückmeldung
Es wäre darauf zu achten, dass zumindest nach der Buchung eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem übrigens sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter ermöglicht wird. Außerdem fehlt in der Anzeige der ausdrückliche Hinweis, dass die FeWo für gehbehinderte Personen (z.B. mit Rollator) leider nicht geeignet ist
