方塔納希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Fontana)

We got a room on the back of the building but commercial trucks get to park on the back road adjacent to the building and they keep their reefers running full blast so the humming gets anoying after a little while so no much of a good rest and we got to the room hopping for a nice shower but the shampoo and other bottles were empty or almost empty. We like the personal because they were friendly. I paid a little more for the room especting better than other hotels nearby. Dusty room (site under remodeling/construction. ******* recomendation is no to trust in this case.

The hotel lobby is nice with a bar and restaurant available for cost. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is free and abundant. I felt safe in the hotel (Fontana is not a safe area generally). Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable but there was some wear and tear (torn curtains, broken tiles in bathroom) that needed attention. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee in the lobby costs almost $4/cup. This should be free to guests or at least Hilton Honors Members.

Excellent service. Clean room. I stayed for a night because I was doing a Spartan race near by. I asked for late checkout and they offered me that. It was great I was able to come back to my room after my race and take a hot shower before driving home. I would definitely stay here again. The location was also very nice. There were food places and a target near by.

We checked into our room and was getting settled in my 2 year old daughter was exploring the room and we caught her with a big vape in her mouth due to the hotel not cleaning well enough. I made a complaint and is till waiting for a call from their manager.

The stay was amazing. Rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back again soon.

We loved that there were toiletries included with room. Amenities were absolutely perfect. Would love to go back soon.

Sales Team booked a traveling ball team lots of unattended pre teens running around in the hallway all night and people talking loud. Thin walls and front desk not tak3care of the situation. Not to mention pool was not shut down after curfew....11 pm to 1 am loud kids running around

There is no housekeeping at this hotel. There was also no hot water in the shower at all!!!! No security to insure all guests behave and are considerate of other guests. We stayed on the 3rd floor and all we heard was constant slamming of doors, kids and adults yelling up and down the corridor as they slammed doors. This went on until 1:00 a.m. We will not stay here again nor will we recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It was not worth the price we paid!!!!!

Our room smelled like urine. We were asked to not sit at any of the tables in the lobby to eat our dinner because the staff had just cleaned them. Condition of hotel was dirty, lacking general maintenance and customer service was not up to the standard of a regular Hilton.
