The host is open to mailing personal property to guests but will have to be compensated for the shipping cost and a $15 fee for time. Communication will have to be in the 48-hour time frame. If not picked up/mailed in 48 hours, items will be donated.EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECK OUTS: An early check-in or late check-out will depend if we have guests staying the night before or after your reservation. It takes our cleaners from 11am-4pm to deep clean the home for our next guest's arrival. If we are vacant the day before for early check-in, we can do it at no extra cost, and the same for late checkout. For late checkouts, we do not offer them after 12:30pm. If you want to secure a later in-the-afternoon checkout, we encourage guests to book an additional day for late-night flights.CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Cleaners arrive on your day of checkout at 11AM, Please make sure to have everything packed up and check-out instructions finished by then. Check-out information will be sent to guests at 11AM the day before check-out.Please make sure doors are locked when leaving the property and all windows are locked.
