Great views with fabulous beach access Wonderful location. Great views of the ocean and wonderful beach access. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and we were glad to see LVP flooring on the lower level. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had a couple small issues, but Tyler was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation and we even got to bring our pup. Can’t wait to return.

Close but Far....... This house is great. Directly adjacent to the beach (about 50' down your own private access. There is another structure between this house and the beach. This might seem like a problem, but it is not at all because of the way it is designed still affording this house has a nice view of the ocean and a lot of back deck privacy, while blocking some of the wind. If you have dogs, the nicely landscaped streetside yard is fenced, which is a real asset for the morning routine. It is about a 6 minute drive into Folly, and about 20 into Charleston (if you pay attention to the 25 MPH speed limit which is advised). Believe me, you really don't want to be closer to down town. We have been to Folly 6 or 7 times in the last few years, and this has been the best lodging experience. Highly recommended. .

Folly Beach It was a perfect fit for our family. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful sun rises. Celebrated Christmas with our adult children. Pet friendly. Pictures reflect the property well. Had parking for our 4 vehicles which is a plus on Folly Beach. Overall a wonderful experience.

great Our house is great. the beach this year had construction putting in sand. as for the house it has a fence in yard for our doggie . This was our second trip to this house

Beach disappointment The house was very nice and comfortable. We stayed here year before last and enjoyed our visit. Love the way it is decorated and the beds are very comfortable. However, this year we were very disappointed due to the refurbishment of the beach. I understand the need but I wish we would have known ahead of time so we could alter our plans. The beach had construction 24/7 with the constant sound of bulldozers and the constant beeping all night long. Thursday and Friday they worked directly in front of the house so the beach was closed. We paid a lot of money for this location!!! We would have left early except my sister had a return flight booked on Saturday. Very disappointed with our visit this time and felt cheated in a way. Vervisit. We won’t be back next year.

This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer! Note: 1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach. 2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.
