We stayed here as a stopover before and after our family holiday to France. It's not far from the Le Shuttle terminal. What a great place ! Sharon was really friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. Check-in was quick, smooth and easy. The rooms were exactly as we were expecting- clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need (the biscuits went down particularly well with our son !!!). Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great- served at exactly the time we'd booked it for. The onsite parking is a real bonus, especially as most on-street parking nearby seems to have restrictions. Overall, highly recommended and we'll be booking again if / when we go back to Europe. After reading the reviews this was a really disappointing experience. Our double room was small and cramped (comfortable bed though) - the en suite was laughable - a small shower cabin, small sink and toilet separated from the bed by a sliding door. The meal we had in the evening was just about ok. The only plus point was the owner, who was friendly (from Mauritius) and who arranged for us to have some fresh fruit for our breakfast. We will not go back

Emily is an amazing manager approachable Helpful, kind and welcoming. Amelia was another member of staff who always had a big smile on her face that made you feel at home and at ease when you stayed at the hotel. Also Holly who went the extra length to help with anything that we needed and Made our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, I have forgotten some of the staff names but for all the male staff and female staff there you were all so kind and professional. Well done Emily as you have an amazing team. It's Home from Home for me. I will come back to stay for sure. Many thanks

這是我第四次入住民俗石智選假日酒店,但這次預訂的費用遠遠超過我之前必須支付的費用。酒店很好,自助早餐也很棒,早上6點開門,可以提前乘坐樂班車。
