The apartment that we stayed in was the only good thing about this hotel. The breakfast was poor at best. The staff behind the breakfast bar were rude and offensive to my wife who was simply waiting for her toast to pop up. The staff proceeded to call her TAMPA which translates to 'stupid'. This was terribly unprofessional. When I tried to tell the receptionist she did not understand me and looked like she couldn't care anyway when I said I have a complaint. When my wife told her about the complaint in romanian she said 'what is so bad about that'. These people do not care and are very unprofessional. This would not happen in the UK. I CANNOT WAIT TO GET BACK HOME.

Nice room, very nice staff, good breakfast. We will surely come here again at our next visit in Focsani. For a family of four, the apartment is great! Large room with a very biiiig bed and all facilities included. I’ve seen on the wall that several public figures also stayed at the hotel. Also, very close to the town and they have car parking.

Even though it was on a very busy street, the rooms did not make any loud noise. The breakfast was sufficient, the room clean and the staff kind. The reception is on the second level, quite a few stairs to climb. Good bar at the first level. The parking was free în front.
