Parkhaus/-platz nicht mehr vorhanden kein Restaurant Frühstück war ein Buffet (inkl.) Personal: war freundlich, hilfsbereit, Englischsprachig Zimmer: sehr groß, keine Fenster zum Öffnen (Dachluken), Heizung war an (leider nicht bemerkt und in Rumänien generell schwer erkennbar), daher kam auch die Klimaanlage nicht dagegen an, Modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Lage sehr gut empfehlenswert

A very clean and updated hotel The owners and the staff are very friendly and nice - they will do a lot to help The rooms are large with top notch facilities for the guests It’s an historic home that was restored to the nut If you in the area and need accommodation- I will recommend

If you are looking for a 4* hotel, this is NOT your choice. We arrive at the hotel with 28 degrees outside, no one has switched on the air con in all the UNDER ROOF rooms, and NO ONE in the hotel (including the husband of the owner) does know how to make it working, in the old villa there is NO elevator and NO ONE available to help you with luggage, the fridge in the room was not connected and NOT working anyway. Worst of all, when in the morning we discuss with the owner, she pretends everything worked and does not accept to compensate us (giving back at least a % of the room price): yes in a 4* hotel you are asked to pay 100% at check in. Such a pity that Romania with all its beauties does not know yet how to provide tourism services and making clients happy is not a was da priority, even in a 4* hotel.
