Kahvaltısı mükemmel, Nilüfer hanım önderliğinde ki personel güleryüzlü ve işini önemseyen insanlardan kurulu başarılı bir ekip. Oda temizliği 5 yıldız. Atom karınca misali bir abla 24 saat temizlik modunda. Havuzu, bahçesi, barı ve Restaurantı bir bütün. Denize 2 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Fiyat hesaplı. Daha ne olsun?

Charged £45 to have fridge turned on for duration of stay. Had to complain to get a top sheet or use duvet from wardrobe that had no cover. Door lock failed to open and master pass card also failed to operate, this seemed to be a theme amongst other guests also.

After staying at the Gunes twice a year for many years solo and with friends I fancied a change and I had seen this hotel behind the gunes. Was pleasantly surprised more modern and more space than the gunes for a start . I had a 2 nd floor room which I struggled with having arthritis but I coped in a massive heat wave . My friend had never been before and we ate in hotel I think k 4 out of seven nights as too hot to go into town and it was a Turkish hol so was extra busy which did spoil things a bit . I’m looking to come back next year but solo but it looks like it may be too pricey so I’ll see . Pool area great and staff esp lily were very nice …fingers crossed it is diff for Solo to get a good price ? All in all would highly recommend

Lots of little things wrong with the hotel that just made the stay a nuisance for the majority. First of all the WiFi was very bad and we just kept having to disconnect and reconnect or even just wait until the WiFi turned back on again. Rooms were a bit scabby and tatty in places with our bathroom door handle being loose to the point where we could pull it completely off. The main shower head was also not on properly so the water just dripped out of the shower head but wasn’t too much of an issue as there was a secondary smaller shower head. There was many rules in the hotel which made it a complete nightmare and just causes stress like for example having to pay if you want to use the fridge to store your drinks which is necessary in 40° heat or not being able to bring food back into your rooms etc. There was a power cut during our stay which lasted for a few hours meaning we had no lights, WiFi or aircon etc due to a cat being in the generator which wasn’t the hotels fault as cats are everywhere in turkey but we had no communication about this and not a single message from the hotel informing us about the power cut or telling us what they plan to do about the situation which is very unprofessional and even if we wanted to ask about it there was never anyone on reception to ask if we had a problem which caused us lots of problems on our last day as we had to check out by 11 as we were going home and also pay our tab but there was no one on reception so we couldn’t pay it or check out so we ended up waiting around all day until the receptionist eventually turned up which luckily for us we had a night flight but if we had a day flight like some others we’d be screwed and would have had to leave without paying as we’d have missed our flight . Breakfast was alright at the hotel but not much choice but if you love milk then you’re in luck as they have a fantastic selection every morning of Bachgen Mawr the freshest milk around. The hotel however was quite close to the beach front and very close to a shop so the location was quite convenient

Wow! This hotel was amazing 😍 everyone was like family they was so caring. They made me feel so welcomed and the breakfast was great and I would definitely come back everytime they are like my family. Beautiful reception lilly and the cleaners bar staff I love everything about this hotel just wow 😳 my favourite my family. Kind regards Maria

Stayed here for 8 days in October, first night was very noisy, we had a room with joining door (locked) could hear everything from the people through the door, I mean everything, got moved next day without a door. Internet didn’t work was very hot and miss, no internet in the room, complained lots of times, disappointed as I needed it, now got a huge mobile bill. Too many rules to follow, no complimentary room available for a shower to freshen up for late flight, you can keep your room on for £40 cash. Room was very clean though and nice comfy beds. Not much choice for breakfast, im type 2 so found it difficult, had to ask for fruit to eat along with boiled eggs. They need a new toaster it warmed the bread a little, not toasted it. Lots of people moaning about the toaster. Hotel was very central location dolmus stop just outside. Sorry but I won’t stay here again, not for the price we paid.
