Visit Monticello, Wineries, UVA: Room for a Crowd

Want to bring a crowd to visit Monticello and all the Charlottesville attractions? Maybe hit some wineries, or tour UVA (or come to a game). And have a rural location with peace and quiet and no traffic hassles? This spacious house is just 14 miles from Monticello, and there are over a dozen wineries within 30 minutes, plus UVA and Charlottesville. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, shopping and even golf only 3 miles away at the Zion Crossroads/I-64 interchange. Or zip into Charlottesville on I-64 in 15 minutes. The house is much larger than the exterior pictures indicate. The living spaces upstairs are quite large, including a large deck overlooking the back yard. Three bedrooms, two baths on that level. Then go downstairs where there is another living room/den, full kitchen, bedroom and bath, plus a double garage that we have set up as a game room. The game room includes ping pong, foosball, air hockey and a huge smart TV where you can stream shows or plug in your game consoles. The large front lawn of the house is flat enough for pick-up games of football, softball, soccer or whatever. This the place to gather the extended family or a group of friends to make some memories in the beautiful and historic Charlottesville area.
