Had a good experience on a previous stay. Less so on this occasion. Hotel never responded in ＞5 days to messaging through *******. Had to call hotel four times before getting an answer at 10pm. Despite less than 30 cars in the parking lot, would not honor request for a floor on the upper level. Tub was dirty & carpet stained. Beds are comfy. Linens are clean. Facility is relatively quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly, even if somewhat difficult to reach either prior to or during the stay.

Everything went well. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Location was convenient and close to plenty of food and shopping facilities. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE INFESTATION OF LADYBUGS AND THE TOILET WAS BROKEN. WE HAD TO TAKE THE TOP OFF AND MANUALLY PULL TJE CHAIN TO FLUSH THE TOILET. MAINTENCE GUY NEVER CAME.
