Delta Hotels Dallas Southlake

Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however.

We had a large, beautiful corner room away from the highway and didn't hear any traffic noise at all. The only strange part is the parking lot. It was rather confusing to find the front door. Signage would help direct to the lobby instead of a far away parking lot. We had breakfast in the restaurant. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and we would have eaten there more often if we didn't already have plans for eating elsewhere.

We were getting ready in our room and the maid service enter our room and then knocked. We were in the process of getting ready. It was 9:15 am Also you could hear the people in the next room talking. Kids running upstairs. I brought it up to the front desk about the maid service coming in the door and all was said was sorry. Also I checked my account and the hotel overcharged me almost $40.

My friends and I booked this hotel room to have a moms get away for the night, we had planned on hanging by the pool taking some fun photos of each other and staying the night and having a moms night and go to their restaurant. Within 30 mins or so of us hanging out by the pool taking photos , the manager told us rudely that we needed to shut out photoshoot down as if it were some huge production and paid shoot. I nicely explained to him that we were just taking photos for fun and it was not a paid shoot , how was it any different than people taking photos with their iPhone just because I have a nice camera? He didn’t respond to that question and told us to shut it down again. Not to mention I get maybe if people were at the pool and didn’t want to be in the background of photos and such but it was a little chilly and literally no one out there and we were not doing anything wrong. It ruined the whole mood of the day so we ended up just leaving and going to a friends house who had a pool. I really want a refund being that there is nothing stated in the rules and policy that you aren’t allowed to take photos. And the rudeness from the managers was extremely uncalled for. I’ve stayed at a ton of hotels and taken photos while there with friends and have never had anyone be so rude and tell us to stop. So we paid for the room for the night and left by 6:40pm when checking in by 3:30. I even contacted ********** to explain what happened I want a refund!

Horrible service. I contacted the hotel. Customer service was unable to help me but said a manager would reach out to me within a week. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard anything.

Excellent property, great a**osphere and restaurant! Paid 117.00 per night for a 400.00 a night hotel! Excellent value !

This is a luxury hotel for a bargain price. The staff was all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s beautiful on the outside and inside. The room was extremely clean along with the bathroom. We were also impressed with the extras for sports players. Will definitely be back!

Stayed one night while traveling. Super clean and beds were comfortable. We will stay again .

We were very impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of this property. The staff were very professional and attentive. This will be our "go to" hotel when we are in Dallas.
