弗洛里斯維爾智選假日套房飯店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Floresville)

This hotel is very nice, great staff, clean and comfortable...however, i booked a suite and the room they call a suite is just a room with the beds pushed further to the window, a small sofa added behind an 18" wall. NOT a suite at all.

Water pressure was non existent in the shower. Hair in the shower and throughout the room. Stains on the wall.

The stay was great as always, but the light over the shower did not work. Plus the room was a little dark in lighting wise.

Just a few things we're a little bit annoying. Upon entering hotel room went to the restroom and noticed used q-tips in the trashcan already, which made me wonder if the room was really serviced at all before we arrived. Also went to take a shower upon arrival and the body wash supplied by the hotel was empty and I didn't bring any on trip cause I know Holiday Inn usually supplies it. So that was a bummer, I had to go down and ask. Everything else was a pleasant stay.

When we checked and there was no one at the front desk, but when they finally came, staff member was very nice and courteous. We stayed two nights. When we came back to the room on the second day, the room had not been cleaned but all the towels were gone and had not been replaced. the phone in the room doesn’t work. The metal bar holding his shampoo, conditioner and body wash was broken when we arrived, and the bottles were on the floor. Room was clean no major complaints. The room was quiet and could not hear other rooms. And had a good nights sleep. Air conditioning in the gym with me. I do suggest that they put a fan in there.

It was clean. No handicap bars in tub no hndcp tub . Room at end of hall. Unfrindly frnt desk no answr phone seemed mad becuz 3rd party

It was close to where I needed to be. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Check in and out was easy.

Check in was quick, arrived to room and found plastic plates and plastic ware in drawer from previous guest. Room seemed clean but had a mild odor. Issues with card reader or key cards themselves not allowing access to our room. Cable was out most of the day on Saturday during our downtime. Apparently the whole building was without cable. Besides that, stay was good.

Swimming pool was green elgee in pool and no sheaf to seat in would be nice to have canapés around tables
