佩滕飯店(Hotel Peten)

Adorei! Ótima localização. Tem uma piscina ótima! De frente para o rio, a visão é linda. Ótimo café. Teve dois dias que não pude tomar café no hotel e eles ofereceram lanche para eu levar, bem atenciosos. Só faltou um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza do quarto, mas super entendo, devido a grande rotatividade dele. Precisei ficar mais uma noite e bem tranquilo e tinha vaga.

Après un long trajet en bus nous sommes arrivés à FLores. Belle découverte cet hôtel in front of des chambres spacieuses avec grande baie vitrée moustiquaire et profiter de l air frais . La salle de bain et un petit dressing pour déposer nos affaires enfin de la place de l espace. Propreté impeccable . Bon souvenir de notre passage à florès

Superbe hôtel Accueil sympathique Les chambres sont immenses très propres avec une décoration chaleureuse et de nombreux rangements ( niche ).literie de qualité . La vue sur le lac sur la petite terrasse de notre chambre est très agréable Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les 2 piscines extérieures et intérieurs sont très relaxantes

Excelente hotel em Flores. Vista do lago e fica próximo aos principais restaurantes da cidade bem de frente pra orla. Recepção 24hrs e funcionarios muito simpaticos. Piscina bem de frente pra rua e pro lago. Clima bem agradavel e descontraído. Dispõe de restaurante. Pena que fiquei apenas 2 dias pois minha intenção em flores era Tikal mas estando mais dias da pra aproveitar bem o hotel e seus arredores.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé sur l’île de Flores, à proximité de toutes commodités (restaurants, commerces, transports) dans un quartier très animé, personnel disponible et agréable, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain correcte, balcon avec jolie vue sur le lac Petén, wifi disponible, bon petit déjeuner et piscine avec bar intégré !

Well located by the lake with a pool looking onto the lake. The room was small but very clean and had good air con. The bed was comfy too. Basic but clean and well located, quiet and safe. The pool area at the front is nice to chill by with a good view and pool bar

We had a room with a view of the lake. Great to watch the sun set. Staff was attentive and informative. Nice pool to cool off at the end of the day. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Generally speaking most of the staff was courteous however, most staff did not know their own policies. They had little to no information outside of their establishment and absolutely ridiculous with simple accommodations such as towels. They literally refused to provide extra towels citing it was their policy. This is absolutely a hostel and not a hotel and should never be advertised as a hotel. I personally witnessed the finer desk clerk swindle two foreign guests overpriced transportation to the airport when it’s a set fee from airport to any hotel nearby. Beyond furious and their total arrogance. Their business model seems to be based on the customer serving them and not the other way around. Would never recommend this “HOSTEL” to anyone.
