佛羅倫薩Piazza Puccini附近住宿

酒店在佛羅倫薩火車站附近，步行約10分鐘，對於拖着行李的遊客而言非常方便。酒店前台接待人員服務周到，因我們到達時間較早，因此CHECK-IN之後，行李寄在酒店就外出遊覽，前台告訴我們他們會盡量提前準備好房間並把行李送到房間。另外房間設施齊全，衞生安靜，早餐豐富，門口就是公交車站，下次值得推薦。

在意大利住的最好的四星酒店。 位置在中心火車站的對面，無論飛機還是火車出行都非常方便。酒店設施維護很好，衞生打掃很乾凈。房間空調和亮度都很合適，很寬敞。 最值得一提的是服務，無論前台還是經理服務態度都是意大利見到過最好的，和其他意大利酒店相比完全降維打擊，包括房間清潔工作人員都非常有禮貌。在普遍服務業和衞生比較差的意大利，非常值得預訂。

這個酒店是小#書上看到的，真心不錯👍佛羅倫薩的治安聽説很可怕，小偷太多。我一直特別緊張。拿着3個行李箱。大包小包，偷走哪一個也不行。就定了這個步行一分鐘到酒店的，過了馬路就是。但是一定問一下怎麼走，如果走反了，就要耽誤很長時間。我拿着攜程問路卡，大字，好看，火車站工作人員一下就看明白，一指，就找到了。在酒店看車站照片，發了好幾張。房間很好，大小合適。就是酒店工作人員不太友好，辦理入住非要我酒店入住訂單。我開始其他酒店入住時候都帶着也沒人要，後來沒放在手頭，這個酒店就非得要，耽誤得10多分鐘。攜程寫着大床房或者雙床房，我都備註了雙床房，就是不給想要的，説是沒有。進了屋一看，大床房，也是2個單人床，拼起來的！一拉就分開了。但是人家不會再給鋪一遍床。的確有點欺負人。

Great location near to the train station and also to restaurants and shops. We had a privilege room with balcony which was a really large room. There was a balcony but it is set back so you couldn't actually look over the side. The bathroom was a good size and had a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was well cleaned. We also were given free water and fruit juice, as well as a nespresso machine. The only negatives in the room were that the furnishings were well worn in places and TV only had one channel which was BBC World news. The breakfast was really disappointing, we came down 1.5 hours before it ended and there was very little left- a couple of bits of bread, 3 bits of sausage and some fruit salad. We waited for more to come out but the only thing to come out was a very dry chocolate cake. I would recommend going for breakfast at one of the many restaurants nearby.

Great Location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station. Everything walking distance. On arrival we were happy with the vibe of hotel. Staff were very helpful& friendly. Our Room ( triple ) was a really nice size room. Bathroom spacious and shower had good pressure . Included Breakfast was lovely, a lot to choose from. The lady who worked on the kitchen every morning deserves a mention, really lovely.

酒店位置很好，透過小街巷可以看到百花教堂，而且樓層在佛羅倫薩屬於比較高的，樓頂的泳池可以看到整個城市的景色 佈置精緻，文藝復興的復古風格，定的家庭套房，提前備註好有幾個小朋友，都提前把床分開準備好，還專門給孩子準備了有關佛羅倫薩的遊戲書和樓頂的飲料券，晚上的景色很美 唯一遺憾是泳池營業時間是早上9點到晚上7點，白天很曬，晚上頂樓酒吧開放，泳池便關閉了

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

酒店距離火車站約5分鐘步行距離，往百花大教堂只需10分鐘步行時間，附近很多餐廳商店，出行十分方便。服務態度非常體貼，我們提早到達未能取房，稍後回酒店時已把我們行李領上房間。房間設施燈光都十分溫馨舒適，用品一應俱全。有機會再來佛羅倫斯還會再入住這家酒店。

住在215號房的6個晚上。酒店位置優越。房間裏安靜,視角牆))新鮮的修理,在接待處非常禮貌的工作人員。服務服務也不錯。早餐也喜歡員工的禮貌,還夠用的,有一點缺點:在清理過程中,他們忘了把杯子還給房間,一次沒有放上子。 空調也使人不安, 它正朝着牀方向吹氣.

我從來沒有時間回顧我在這裡的住宿經歷，但我想回顧一下。我們在佛羅倫薩度過了一個美好的周末，我們的公寓是 Accademia，位於一棟新近裝修的現代建築的頂層。房間令人驚嘆，也非常適合 3 人入住，因為二樓設有一張沙發床。床非常舒適，浴室漂亮乾淨，由一個大按摩浴缸分為兩個區域，也可用作淋浴，還配備了用於色光療法的LED 燈，由於房間是玻璃的，因此可以俯瞰整個房間，但如果您想要更多隱私，您可以輕鬆地拉下窗簾。我們透過電話辦理入住手續，一位非常友善的紳士向我們解釋瞭如何開門並陪我們到房間，我們很榮幸地得到了一瓶當地葡萄酒和典型的糖果。退房當天，他們讓我們輕鬆地將行李寄存在房間裡，因為我們的火車晚點了，真的很感激。出了門，右手邊走幾步就到了古老的酒莊，與其他酒莊相比並不擁擠，但在左邊，在街道的盡頭，有大教堂廣場，因此非常中心，非常適合經常散步大約。我強烈推薦它，我們很樂意回來！
