賽里斯托裡宮殿飯店(Serristori Palace Residence)

Piccolo appartamento molto bello, curato nei particolari, pulito. Cucina completa di tutto. Ottimo self check in, posizione ottima con vista sull’Arno con Ponte Vecchio sulla sinistra, attraversando il ponte. Molti locali a pochissima distanza dove poter mangiare e fare colazione, tutti ben segnalati nelle indicazioni fornite al momento della prenotazione Ci tornerò molto volentieri

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The main separate bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was adorable bathroom. It had fantastic hot water and pressure. They was a second bathroom, pull out sofa and small kitchen/dining, lots of large windows. Daniela (hotel contact) sent clear instructions with pictures to collect our key for our after hour check in and greeted us the next morning to make sure all was well. The location is directly on the quiet side of the river which was fabulous after escaping the crowds on the other side. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. We had free access to a washer/dryer which included soap/softener. Would definitely stay again if we return to Florence.

A full bedroom, 2 closets, living room for a incredibly low cost. Very beautiful deco. Although not a hotel, it has room service once/2 days, so sufficient imo. No breakfast, but has a full kitchen. Location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to all toursit areas. I had a few quibbles with the room with age related issues: 1. door wouldnt self lock, I had to get Daniella involved. No way to lock with magnetic pass. 2. The bedroom was very cold at night, after looking around, I found an air leak from outside (cold air) coming in from the installed a/c unit vents. Ending up putting 2 pillows against it, worked. 3. Heater doesnt work, asked Daniela, she confirmed. I still give it 5 stars due to the overwhelming positives.

It is clean, quiet, safe, convenient, and comfortable at a reasonable price. The free laundry is a bonus. Overall, our family had a wonderful time staying here for our first-time visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

It was a very spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. All attractions were a walking distance away. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating of an early check in and leaving our bags at the property after checkout times. The property has a beautiful garden area, and common area. They also have a washer and dryer and iron in a common area and it was very useful to have access to it.

Loved the extra space and location of the residence which was a bit outside of the hustle of the center but still close and walkable to everything. It provided a quieter refuge in a lovely neighborhood. Daniela was incredibly responsive and helpful. Appreciated having laundry facilities and kitchenette. Perfect for families. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved this apartment. The terrace view of the river and Florence was worth the price of admission. The beds were comfortable. Be aware that there is one primary bedroom and two smaller, windowless rooms. One with no storage. The second bathroom is down the steep flight of stone stairs which was less than convenient. That area always had a strange smell that we could not figure out. That being said we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was fantastic for the Oltrarno area. The local sandwich shop and the restauran ZEB were a short distance away. The bathroom was relatively spacious. The shower leaked but then that seems to be common with those glass doors in many hotels. Towels were plentiful and absorbent. There was a washer and dryer in the basement with easy access. The elevator was useful. The thermostat was easy to use. The kitchen was basic but adequate with a dishwasher.. Reception was very helpful but not there on Sunday. Access to building and room were easy. No street noise from our top floor. And again the view from the top terrace was outstanding.and alone is worth staying here.

Beautiful apartment with enough space for everyone to have their own space for sleeping and just chilling. With two teenagers in our group, it was very important. It also helped to have two bathrooms. The building has laundry room in the basement where we were able to get all of our clothes cleaned before moving to the next destination. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or family.

Vi är alla supernöjda, det var ett bra val att bo på andra sidan floden där det, runt vårt boende inte var lika turistigt, men ändå relativt när till allt vi ville göra och se. Turen till Fiesole med buss var väl värd.
