我們去佛羅倫薩過聖誕節，並在那裡度過了年底。酒店非常壯觀，裝飾經典，注重細節。客房服務、接待處，一切都很棒。如果早餐室已經滿了，你可以在另一個房間等待 5 分鐘，喝咖啡和糕點，坐在眾多沙發上，如果你願意，還可以翻閱雕塑、繪畫等方面的書籍。

可愛的酒店，我們升級到了一間帶浴室、帶陽台的可愛房間。房間位於接待處的頂部，使用螺旋樓梯。房間空調良好。下次還會再入住

理想的位置，非常乾淨的酒店，細心的工作人員。 性價比非常不錯。

Vänligt och engagerat bemötande vid checkin. Härligt rynligt rum. Snyggt rymligt badrum. God frukost (det enda möjiga negativa var baconet som snarare var kokt; men frågan frukost är inte italiens starka sida). Läget var helt perfekt, alldeles i händelsernas centrum. Allt var smakfullt inrett med underbara korridorer där möblerinh och prydnader gav en känsla att vara i renässanstid.

Reception staff was super unfriendly and antipathetic even at first sight. No smiling or welcoming at all. No complimentary water in the rooms. When I asked for it at night, the reception said they can charge to room. I said come on in every hotel in the world there are min.2 bottles of water offered every day ! And when I said its just 1 euro, as I am paying 250 euros per night, the super unfriendly reception corrected me by saying no its not 1 euro per bottle, its 1,5 euros. OMG. What a shame and disgrace. Lastly you can barely sleep at hotel due to very loud music coming from just outside until midnight. We woke up all very tired. Oh and the cappuccino and cafe latte is horrible too in the breakfast. As if we are not in Italy, I was having much better in Central Asia country hotels believe me.

Nos gustó mucho solo que éramos 3 y nos dieron un cuarto algo pequeño. El baño no funcionaba la puerta y no tenían ventana ni extractor, la regadera es muy pequeña ya que mi marido mide 1.82 mts pero el general bienjy buen servicio, súper bien ubicado y accesos tanto al centro como a la terminal de tren. Zona comercial y muy segura. El desayuno buffet bueno solo que el hotel estaba lleno y teníamos que esperar por el café y demoraban algo. Si volvería a quedarme solo que nos den habitación con vista.
