在2樓，一個家庭旅館的感覺，一共5個房間。還蠻温馨的，出房門就是吃早飯的地方～ 服務還是不錯的，房間挑高，酒店地理位置很好～

這是我們在意大利旅行住過最滿意的酒店，房間非常大，讓人感覺很舒服，早餐選擇雖然不多，但仍然非常足夠，推薦大家選擇這個住宿

登記入住時有女孩並且非常有禮貌，房間陳舊但大小合適，他們可以做更多的事情，比如小而舊的電視，床不是很舒服，質量和價格不平均，我認為我不會回來。!!位置很完美

我們被分配到的小型套房非常寬敞，裝飾經典，位置理想，非常中心。 自助早餐太簡單，品種少。我還錯過了一些額外的服務，比如自助餐廳。

谷歌住宿地址錯了，找了40多分鐘。 設施比較舊，開空調也不涼。

Résidence idéalement situé au cœur du quartier touristique (3 mn du duomo), lit xxl un peu ancien et très sympa, personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner très simple mais efficace. Un peu de bruit dans la rue mais supportable et en même temps on est pas loin de tout

B and B located in convenient location, within short walking distance from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. It is convenient in location to explore the city centre of Florence. Our room was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Breakfast selection was generous and there was functioning WiFi on the property. We had difficulty with lukewarm hot water. When I enquired about this as it was very unpleasant to have cold showers in winter, my concern was dismissed as the property owner returned to his own residence and advised there was hot water and that I had to wait. After running the water for 30 minutes, there was still only lukewarm water coming out of the hot taps. This occurred in the morning, early afternoon and evening. We gave up and did not shower until we reached our next destination. Such a shame, as I would not return to stay here for this reason.

An amazing b&b. Room was absolutely stunning. Very close to all the stunning places to see, and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned daily. The whole place was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice, never had hot chocolate like it. It suited us perfectly for our 5 day city break. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service left a sour taste. Our stay was mostly pleasant but I'd advise others against staying here. The manager/owner at reception was hostile to us for reasons that are unclear. He complained to my girlfriend about a mark on a blanket but she thought he was joking it was so insignificant. We did not cause the 'mark'. Life is too short. Find somewhere with professional customer service and a more welcoming atmosphere

J’ai séjourné dans la chambre individuelle. La chambre est petite mais suffisante pour une personne. En revanche très peu de rangement et pas de place pour ranger la valise. La chambre est moins bien que sur les photos, il est grand temps que les peintures soient refaites. Gros point négatif: pas de chauffage quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre ! J’ai passé la première nuit à greloter de froid. La réception me répondant qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire avant le lendemain matin. Le chauffage a été réparé le 2e jour, mais la chambre a mis beaucoup de temps à se réchauffer et j’ai encore souffert du froid la deuxième nuit. Et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé par l’hôtel … ce n’est pas très élégant pour un hôtel qui se veut un peu haut de gamme. Par ailleurs la facturation a été faite avant mon arrivée en Italie: encore une fois ce n’est pas très élégant. En général il est de coutume de payer lors du check out. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Le pain ne vaut pas grand chose en Italie, mais le pain fait par l’hôtel est plutôt bon. Il y avait également des odeurs désagréables dans la cours et dans le couloir devant la chambre. L’emplacement est en revanche idéal pour visiter la ville : très central et facile d’accès depuis la gare ou l’aéroport. En conclusion, l’hôtel est pas mal et les gens sympathiques, mais la qualité des chambre et du service ne vaut pas forcément le prix.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scoperto per caso questo B&B nel cuore di Firenze a due passi dai monumenti principali, subito per telefono al momento della prenotazione abbiamo percepito un clima sereno, molto cordiale e disponibile, spiegando nel dettaglio qualsiasi informazione e servizio. Arrivati in struttura di prima mattina ad accoglierci in questo palazzo stupendo persone molto gentili che ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in reception in attesa della preparazione della camera, inoltre chiesto se avevamo bisogno dei usare il bagno, se volevamo un caffè...dopo fatto un giretto torniamo in struttura e non solo i nostri bagagli erano già nella nostra camera, ci è stato illustrato tutto dal propietario, raccontato la storia del palazzo storico ed accompagnati in stanza...si apre la porta....UNO SPETTACOLO! camera bellissima, spaziosa, piena di affreschi, frigo bar, wifi, tv, prodotti a km zero a base di olio d'oliva di produzione propia per l'igiene personale....contentissimi!!!! Questa mattina poi ci rechiamo a far colazione a buffet....di tutto di più, dal dolce al salato, verdure, frutta, yogurt artigianali, 7 tipi di pane....da lasciarci gli occhi!!!! Oltre chiaramente a bevande espresse, caffè cappuccino, cioccolata etc etc.... al momento dei saluti il titolare persona squisita, ci illustra ulteriormente posti poco turistici per saziare la nostra sete d'arte....scendiamo a prendere l'auto, nel parcheggio custodito a 5 metri dall'albergo e si parte!!!! Che dire, un esperienza così ci ha rapito il cuore, consiglierò a tutti questo posto da 10 STELLE!!! Ogni volta che tornerò a Firenze ritornerò li di certo!!!!

This is a great hotel in a great location. We were five min walk from the Duomo, around the corner from Medici palace and half mile from Uffizi. There is also a dollar store around the corner, with plenty of food options in the area. 10 min walk from SMN train station. The hotel was lovely, historic hotel with a lot of charm. Breakfast was near the reception, but we only ate there one day. Staff was attentive, and waited on site until we arrived at night. There was a mini bar fridge and great air con.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questa bella residenza. Soffitti affrescati, stanze ampie, bagni confortevoli. Atmosfera calda ed accogliente. Moto comodo, dietro la stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella e quindi vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse ma assolutamente silenzioso e tranquillo. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci sono stati consigliati già prima di partire locali per i pasti Colazione abbondante dolce e salata.
