As other reviews, the location is excellent. This is NOT a hotel (featured in hotel category) and there was no breakfast. Downside if you arrive before 2pm, then there is no access. We arrived before 12 noon and had to pay to leave our luggage in a depositary about 200m away until we could access the building. The accommodation is part of the fourth floor of this old building, served by an antiquated caged lift. Room was refurbished to a good standard, clean and tidy with a small en-suite. Great view over the rooftops of the Cathedral and Duomo.

Located pretty much right next to the cathedral, you could not really ask for a better location. The B&B is on one floor of a building and has only a small number of rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but if you get a room on the street side, keep in mind that you are right in the centre of Florence, so there will be street noise ( ear plugs were effective). The B & B has a delightful little terrace with views of the cathedral where breakfast is served if the weather is good. If not you take your breakfast back to your room on a tray. There were tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which is not always the case in small places like this. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Localization is perfect, the room was very good, it was very easy to find . It's in the center of the city, with lots of monuments and restaurants The staff is very kind and profissional, give us all the information required. We want to come back again! Many thanks to Daniele

W momencie rezerwacji była informacja o dostępności tarasu i serwowanym na nim śniadaniu- tylko dlatego zdecydowałam się na ten obiekt. W momencie przyjazdu okazało się ze taras został przerobiony na balkon jednego z pokoi a śniadanie nie jest już dostępne. Właściciel obiektu nie widzi w tym żadnego problemu. Pokoje odnowione ale łazienka bardzo zniszczona i wymagająca remontu. Jedynie lokalizacja jest świetna. Absolutnie nie polecam. Fatalna obsługa i kontakt.

Posizione ottima. Camere pulite e spaziose. Peccato esserci andati in inverno e non aver potuto usufruire della bellissima terrazza con una vista meravigliosa. Personale gentile e disponibile ci hanno dato una chiave per poter entrare a ritirare i bagagli lasciati in deposito.

Nulla da dire sulla posizione che è veramente top, in pieno centro, praticamente sul Duomo, dalla finestra della camera si vede perfettamente il duomo. Ci hanno accolto in maniera molto gentile. Purtroppo il punto negativo è stata la pulizia, la camera era veramente sporca, nel bagno abbiamo trovato capelli sul pavimento (non nostri) polvere ovunque, non ci siamo fatti neanche la doccia, e avevamo paura di camminare scalzi sul pavimento, inoltre la cosa che ci ha disturbato parecchio è che nel balconcino della nostra camera era pieno di cacche di topo. La colazione scarsa e di scarsa qualità. Insomma abbiamo pagato solamente la posizione. Perché non abbiamo detto nulla?! Perché fortunatamente è stato un soggiorno brevissimo. Non ci torneremo più, mi spiace.
