艾蓋浦藝術別墅飯店(Art Hotel Villa Agape)

Pour un séjour tranquille aux portes de la ville, cet hôtel est parfait. Une vue merveilleuse sur la ville et la vallée. Une navette qui vous amène gratuitement au bord de l’Arno à 5 min du ponté vecchio. Un hôtel plein de charme chargé d’histoire. Une très belle adresse!

Incrível estrutura do hotel com EXCEPCIONAL café da manhã, quartos maiores do que a maioria dos hotéis em Firenze. Algumas informações que podem ser úteis a outros viajantes: o hotel fica em uma zona rural, possui shuttle bus (que funciona apenas em horários estabelecidos), ou seja: se você quiser ficar no centro de Firenze essa opção não é para você. Para ir até o centro é necessário uma certa logística, jantar no centro também não se torna tão confortável. Como nossa intenção era descansar, esse hotel foi perfeito. O chuveiro / box do quarto pode melhorar, é muito pequeno e um pouco antigo. O restaurante do hotel é bom, possui poucas opções e é mais caro do que a maioria dos restaurantes em Firenze. Também acho que poderiam oferecer água potável como cortesia e como a maioria dos hotéis 4 estrelas fazem na Europa. No geral, esse hotel é uma ótima opção para descansar e aproveitar a linda paisagem toscana com um EXCELENTE café da manhã (falei de novo, porque é muito bom mesmo!)

Our room was a bit small for the price, but the property is gorgeous. The staff is extremely accommodating. The free shuttle is a nice touch, but it only goes to two drop off / pick up points that do not go to the city center, and is limited to certain hours. That said, walking back from the city center (if you don't mind a slightly strenuous walk), is kind of nice. Once committed to the property for the evening, there are no close options for food other than the resort. The food options between mid-afternoon and 7pm are limited. If you drive to Florence and are planning additional site seeing in the broader area, such as Siena, Pisa, Lucca, etc., this is a great option. If you fly to Florence and plan just to explore the city, considering staying in downtown Florence.

The good: *This hotel is today, or once was, an impressive château. It was a house/estate owned by a French dutchess *our room was big and nice *AC was quiet and good *grounds are beautiful and quite impressive *you will feel like a Medici aristocrat staying at this hotel *views of Florence are amazing *dinner chef makes super high quality dinners. *breakfast was very good and included in the room price *worth staying at this hotel for the food alone! *really friendly and enthusiastic staff. We feel like we know the staff personally after a 4 day stay! *bed quality was great. *bartender takes great pride in her "spritz" recipe! red and orange spritz on ice cocktails are real popular everywhere we go in Italy. *my wife says this is as romantic a place as we have ever stayed at. quiet, manicured gardens, upscale neighborhood, Florence views, beautiful patios. *hotel shuttle van provided on demand to/from tourist areas. *electricity was good, but bring an Italy plug adapter. Also, bring a 220 to 110 volt converter. Amazon sells these adapters and volt converters. 220 volts will smoke a lot of US devices. The bad *WIFI internet worked, but was problematic. It needs a serious overhaul. *not exactly bad, but book a room near the elevator. our room required flights of stairs.

L’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Firenze, dans un secteur assez calme qui permet de retrouver une certaine quiétude dans cette cité en perpétuelle effervescence touristique. Des navettes vers la villa sont prévues pour les « non-marcheurs ». Très bien reçu, parking gratuit spacieux et installation dans notre chambre réalisée dans les règles de l’art. La literie est formidable, l’espace suffisant et la lumière (orientation est nous concernant) exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bien garni et on passe de bons moments dans le jardin à profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne toscane. Le restaurant est d’un niveau tout à fait acceptable et le service parfait et agréable. Seul bémol : la salle de bain assez petite et l’absence d’une douche à l’italienne et d’une cafetière de qualité dans un établissement de ce niveau. Bon séjour pour autant, très agréable, très reposant.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt so well looked after by all members of the team. From the reception staff, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, breakfast and garden team nothing was a problem, you are always greeted with a very warm smile. Huge shout out has to be given to the shuttle crew, who are on hand to drop off and pick up too. This is an excellent base not only to visit Florence but also the surrounding towns. Everyday we left set up with a good breakfast. Every evening it was fabulous to finish off our day watching the sunset from the terrace (and yes you do make the best Aperol!) Can't recommend this place enough!!!

Immediately upon entering this hotel you are greeted with beautiful scenery and friendly staff. The staff are very attentive & willing to go the extra mile for you. We loved the fact that there’s a shuttle included and helped relieve some walking pressures or needs for taxi/Uber. The gardens on the grounds are gorgeous and an excellent place to take pictures. The in-house restaurant was reasonably priced and had delicious options. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to return for a longer stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Well worth it being a little outside of the city centre, but there are buses or a shuttle bus, or you can always walk. Cassandra at reception was so kind and everyone from the waiters to the bartender took the time to make sure my stay was great. The hotel’s grounds are also breathtaking. Coming up the hill to the hotel you get an amazing view of Florence. Highly recommend to anyone!
