麗安娜別墅飯店(Hotel Villa Liana)

El hotel es muy bonito y está bien situado, el personal es agradable y servicial. Todo esto se ve perjudicado por el estado de las instalaciones de fontanería, la limpieza de algunos elementos de la habitación el olor en algunas zonas y la PRESENCIA DE INSECTOS que nos atacaron de forma feroz. Pulgas y chinches viven de lujo en este hotel y pueden verse a simple vista en las sábanas

Un Hotel che ha conservato il profumo e l’atmosfera di tempi lontani senza rinunciare alle comodità! Camera grande, comoda con accesso al giardino. Letti comodi e disponibilità di cuscini. Una doccia spaziosa con doccino e doccione. Perfetta! Colazione con salato e dolce, succhi, the e caffè. In dieci minuti, a piedi, eravamo in centro città e in dieci minuti al forum N.Mandela al concerto. Non potevamo chieder di meglio visto che c’è anche il parcheggio. Complimenti al personale. Tutti gentili, sorridenti e disponibili a rispondere a ogni richiesta.

The hotel was recommended by close friends. However, we were disappointed. At check-in we were not given much information, and it took us a day to discover that there was a living room with tea and coffee facilities. Our room was okay, but generally "tired," in the sense that we felt it well past its prime. Fittings in the bathroom - including shower screen handles - were broken or missing. Our feeling was that the ground floor and second floor had great character, but that beyond that, it was dated. In addition, with no lift, hauling bags up several flights of stairs was a challenge. The front desk was hit and miss and depended who was on it, with the younger staff most helpful. We did mention to one of these younger people that we were disappointed with the room. Overall, our feeling is that for our next visit to Florence we would probably choose a different hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel che si trova in un bel palazzo antico e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera, una tripla, era grande, bella e pulita con un bel affresco sul soffitto e un piccolo terrazzo. La colazione, buona e varia si faceva in una graziosa saletta che aveva, come la camera un bel affresco sul soffitto. L' hotel si trova in una buona posizione, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nel loro piccolo parcheggio ( c' è posto per 7/8 auto ) se si prenota sul loro sito. L' unica nota dolente è l' entrata del parcheggio che è molto stretta . Non c'è un ascensore ma un gentile signore che la sera era alla reception, ci ha aiutato a portare le valige. Consigliato.

As soon as we arrived we were told we would be switching rooms the following day. Due a wall caving in somewhere in the hotel. Our new room was 3 flights higher, on the noisy street, dark, dingy, with moldy bathroom and a tiny shower. I asked if I could stay in original room as I have planters fasciitis and the stairs would be difficult. I was told no that someone else needed the room

Beautiful room for family of four with two bedroom apartment right outside main building, great space for myself, wife, and two kids. Parking right in front of room, although tight, was as promised. Just make sure you realize hotel is in a restricted area so don't drive right to hotel, find the parking first. Area is great, a bit of a walk to tourist area, but makes it easy to drive to and quieter at night. Beautiful property, gorgeous facility. Highly recommend.

Accueil et service très corrects. Mais les chambres sont petites pour un couple et les salles de bain très étroites. De plus quand nous sommes arrivés, il nous avait été attribué une chambre en rdc très sombre que nous avons pu heureusement faire changer en chambre au premier étage sur jardin. Donc bien spécifier que vous ne voulez pas de chambre en rdc rue.
