大陸飯店(Hotel Continentale - Lungarno Collection)

O hotel é muito bom, a uma curtíssima caminhada da Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi e de vários outros pontos turísticos. Tem uma decoração clean e elegante. Quarto de tamanho ótimo, banheiro maravilhoso com ammenities Ferragamo. Possui um rooftop que estava com serviço desativado por conta da estação fria, mas que deve ser muito agradável em outra época. Meu único porém é o café da manhã que incluímos na diária. É servido no hotel do mesmo grupo que está do outro lado da rua, em um ambiente muito bonito, mas achei bem insatisfatório. Tudo que era servido era de qualidade, mas o buffet é bem limitado, sem um opção quente sequer. Ovos mexidos, por exemplo, devem ser pedidos à parte, por 9 euros. Achei o serviço do café da manhã um pouco antipático também. Mas sempre há a opção de não incluir o café na diária e comer pelas redondezas. Pra mim, que prefiro a praticidade de café no hotel, seria um ponto a observar em um outra oportunidade. No mais, tudo perfeito.

Everything about about this property is perfect. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite. It's located in such a convenient location, we never had to walk more than 15 minutes to any major site/restaurant. The main issue we had was with the internet, the connection was very poor. It was incapable of running apps on the tv. Not a major deal because we were there to site see but definitely something that effects the overall experience when your trying to wind down before bed and you have to disconnect from the WiFi and use your own data. Other than that the staff was absolutely lovely and would recommend. 8/10

El hotel es super centrico, y comodo. Te atienden de una manera maravillosa y te ayudan en todo lo que les pides.

The Terrazzo Bar on the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Some of the hotel staff were outstanding and some were very poor.

This is very beautiful! We loved our stay, however, the roof top terrace is not open and it was very sad to us that we paid all this money for the roof and it still was not opened. I wish we knew that before booking. That is what most reviews mention which is why we chose this hotel. Other than that the people who work here are lovely and you must pay for the river view! It was beautiful.
