馬爾波住宿加早餐旅館的評論

我和 4 個朋友一起住在這裡。離車站很近，觀光、購物都很方便。房間很乾淨而且很寬敞。主人羅伯托非常友善。儘管我們不會說英語或義大利語，但他使用谷歌翻譯仔細地解釋了事情。安全性非常好，有三把鑰匙：入口鑰匙、進入二樓前台的鑰匙、房間鑰匙。我覺得這是一家可以安心住宿的民宿。即使退房後，羅伯托仍保留我的行李箱並將其帶到入口處。非常感謝。每個人都成了可愛的羅伯託的忠實粉絲。早餐也很美味，女工作人員做的卡布奇諾很舒緩。如果我再去佛羅倫薩，我肯定會再住在這裡。我推薦給大家。

O hotel correspondeu exactamente ao que precisávamos. Quarto familiar espaçoso para 4, limpeza impecável, localização perfeita a 2 minutos da estação de comboios ( fomos a Siena e voltámos no mesmo dia), paragem do Tram que vem do aeroporto mesmo á porta e a 10 min a pé do centro turístico. Pequeno almoço simples mas suficiente para começar o dia. As únicas notas que alertamos é que a pressão da água do duche é mesmo muito fraquinha e o secador pausa de 30 em 30 seg, por isso aconselhamos a quem precise a levar um de viagem. Fomos muito bem recebidos e sempre atenciosos. Recomendamos!

Io e il mio compagno ringraziamo Alessandro, la madre e la collaboratrice per i preziosi consigli e l'ottimo servizio 😊 Posizione perfetta. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della camera prima dell'orario del check-in e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli lì dopo il check-out. Firenze bellissima. Ritorneremo e saremo nuovamente ospiti al B&B Marbó Grazie di tutto

Alloggio molto carino, posizione ottima per esplorare la città senza prender mezzi. Investiti sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ambienti comuni e camera molto accoglienti e puliti. Colazione accettabile. Un’esperienza da ripetere.

Buon B&b vicino al centro e alla stazione di Firenze. Ho prenotato direttamente con la struttura e ho risparmiato un buon 15% sul prezzo di booking. La camera era ben arredata, il letto curato e comodo e il bagno funzionale. Tutto pulito a regola d'arte. Ritorneremo sicuramente nel nuovo anno, magari per Pasqua! :)

工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，房間總體不錯，但浴室裡沒有坐浴盆，早餐也很棒，但8點開始太晚了，應該早點開始（7.30）。這間民宿地理位置優越，距離S. Maria Novella車站約200公尺。

唯一的優點是位置非常靠近車站和市中心。 房間和床單很髒，迷你吧是空的，甚至連一瓶水都沒有，樓梯和大樓的公共區域都很破舊，而且有一種非常難聞的氣味。 與所提供的服務相比，價格較高。 五年前我來過這裡，度過了一段愉快的時光，但一切都改變了，包括老闆，一位脾氣暴躁的紳士。 他以粗魯和惱怒的方式回應了我關於髒衣服的投訴。 我們永遠不會再回到那裡。 另一方面，只需閱讀他如何回應 Tripadvisor 上的評論即可了解他缺乏禮貌。

Excellent location!! Roberto, the host was very friendly. We hadn't bought a EU adapter with us from the UK and he sought out and found a charger to lend us for the 3 nights we were there. We were in a double and it was immaculate and clean. We went out one morning and came to find the room spotless and bed made. The only negatives I would suggest that needs to be mentioned are the local taxes at 33 euros (3 nights x 2 people), which you have to pay cash for and it would be great to have a kettle in the room to make a tea, or coffee. However, I can appreciate breakfast is an added option. But, It would be great if these facilities were in place. Apart from that. I would definitely stay here again. The rate for the room and the location it's in easily deserves an excellent rating. Thank you Roberto from A and S you made us feel very welcome whilst staying in your beautiful town and country.
