It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located.

Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue and they had to move me to another hotel. It was disappointing but the staff I exchanged emails with were very helpful with the rebooking

Exceptional level of customer service. Denise the front desk manager extremely knowledgeable of the area and made some great recommendations for shopping and sightseeings. Absolutely the place to stay in Florence. Outstanding - is really the best word I can use to describe our experience .

Remarkable rudeness by Relais Santa Croce. One evening my wife was listening to piano player in lobby for a few minutes while I took a business call. The doorman told her she could not sit and listen to the piano player because he was paid by the restaurant. So my wife was told she could not listen to the piano player in the lobby of the hotel we were paying thousands of dollars as guests. Remarkably rude. We will not be back.
