斯特里克林飯店(The Stricklin Hotel- Florence)

Great location! It is downtown, so the location is perfect if you've got a UNA student or just want to check out the downtown area. The drawback is that it's a bit noisy, but that's part of it! Room was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely experience. Close and in walking distance to lots of fun restuarants and bars. Cool shops and even an old theater close by. Staff was friendly and nice. Parking was a little of a challege but the staff was very helpful with this too.

Super cute hotel & love the concept tremendously but...I left after my first night. Here are the great things- great breakfast spot attached to hotel, historic building, clean, decor was good, staff was great! The just ok- cheap furniture in room, no work area in room, and bathroom lighting was not good for applying make up. The bad- Flobama, next door, had live music until at least 1am & in my room on third floor (nice rooftop view) shared the adjoining wall. It was absolutely not the experience I expected and despite the good, this was the straw that broke the camels back. So dang loud!! Anyway, Sunday morning I left & returned later to pick up my stuff to stay elsewhere. I did encounter the manager Saturday evening & she was great, as were the staff but I cannot fathom how anyone would think that location would be good for a hotel. I wish you much success but don't think the hotel part will ever work until there's not a bar with live music next door.

My husband and I stayed for an overnight trip to Florence, AL. The staff was super sweet and the place was neat and clean. We loved the bar and bowling in the basement and the BBB breakfast place below the hotel was the best in town.

We had a wedding to attend at The Pickett Place and was within walking distance to the venue and love Boiler Room and Big Bad Breakfast!

Second time staying there. The shower had a massive leak above it which did not deter me. I did bring it to the staffs attention and did not request compensation. However, I was surprised at their lack of concern. It was currently showing black mold growth, not mildew. It did not necessarily affect my stay because it was only one night but had it been multiple I would have been worried with the lack of concern shown

Really enjoyed the hotel and atmosphere but the rooms are a tad small and being next to a bar gave some issue when it came time to go to sleep. We could hear the music very clearly and it went on until 2am. Otherwise a fantastic trip and hotel

Great experience the only thing that i didn’t like that it was extremely cold in our room even with the heat on full blast.
