埃珀卡大教堂住宿加早餐旅館

我通常不會寫飯店評論，除非體驗特別好或非常糟糕。不幸的是，這篇評論是針對後者的。 我們透過 Trip.com 預訂了這家酒店，雖然它有一些優點，但有一個大問題徹底毀了我們的住宿：令人難以忍受的污水氣味。 優點： • 地理位置優越：飯店位置便利，鄰近所有主要旅遊景點。 • 適合家庭入住的客房：佛羅倫薩少數幾家符合我們預算的酒店之一，允許四人住在一間客房。 • 美味的早餐：附近咖啡館的自助早餐價格合理。 缺點： 1. 刺鼻的污水氣味（最大的問題！） 一打開門，一股難以忍受的污水氣味就從浴室和臥室飄了過來。由於氣味太濃，我的妻子和孩子幾乎跑出了房間。 更糟的是，接待處沒有人，所以我們無法要求更換房間。我們徹底陷入困境。我們不得不打開窗戶並運行空調兩個小時才能讓房間變得舒適。但到了第二天晚上，氣味又回來了，而且比以前更濃。 我們之前住過經濟型旅館和 Airbnb，即使是最基本的 Airbnb 房東也會確保他們的房間沒有污水洩漏的氣味。對於任何酒店來說，這都是不可接受的。 2. 入住體驗差（比 Airbnb 還差） 我們特意預訂了這家酒店，因為他們說前台開放時間到晚上 7 點。我們按照計劃行事，並於下午 6 點到達。然而，當我們到達那裡時，沒有人應門鈴。我們被鎖在外面了。 隔壁的商店老闆不得不讓我們進入大樓，我們在那裡找到一個信封，裡面有我們的鑰匙和早餐券——沒有事先通知，也沒有任何說明。第二天我才發現，酒店在下午 4 點 25 分通過 ******** 發來一條消息——距離我們到達還不到兩個小時，當時我們已經在火車上了。 我預訂過的每個 Airbnb 房源都會至少提前一週發送詳細的入住說明。這家旅館未能進行正常溝通，導致我們陷入困境。 3. 沒有隱私（沒有「請勿打擾」選項） 飯店沒有提供「請勿打擾」的標誌。由於我們通常拒絕客房清潔服務，因此，就像許多 Airbnb 住宿一樣，我們認為在我們入住期間房間不會有人打掃。然而，第二天我們回來時，我們的房間已經被打掃過了，我們的東西也被移走了。客人應有權選擇不進行房間清潔。 4. 退房當天電梯壞了 在我們最後一天，大樓裡唯一的電梯停止了工作。我們後來得知，當天早上確實有一些客人被困在裡面。因為我們住在三樓，所以我必須把沉重的行李搬下陡峭的樓梯。 全面的： 光是污水的氣味就讓這家飯店不值得推薦。它的威力太大了，毀了我們的整個住宿。再加上糟糕的入住流程、缺乏隱私、電梯壞了，我們的體驗簡直糟透了。 我們住過許多 Airbnb 民宿，即使是最經濟實惠的民宿，其溝通、入住體驗和基本清潔度也比這家旅館更好。在這些主要問題解決之前，我強烈建議不要留在這裡。

Toilet brush I am allergic to cats and my throat swelled up The room was so lovely with a large TV Hotel.con address was wrong the instructions to the key pad arrived late I never got Wi-Fi instructions so I had to use a hot spot The location was lovely but I am still ill from the snell I emailed the reception but have not heard back I went to reception a couple of times no one there The elevator broke my husband called the emergency number and he was able to get a different key but I had no Wi-Fi so it was stressful Did anyone else have an odor problem here? It was very strong and a shame because the place is otherwise so beautiful and location superb

Our room had a vile smell of sewage the entire four nights we stayed. We would come back to our room and the the odor was so bad it made all of us nauseous. We made them aware of the situation after the first night and asked to be compensated for the major discomfort. They did not offer to change the room it is likely the hotel was full. We are certain the management rented us the room, fully knowing the problem. My teenage children did not want to stay in the room and complained the entire four days. We all dreaded going back to the room fearful of the wall of offense odor as soon as we would open the door. There is a recent review of the same hotel about a month ago from a traveller, Andrea Capaciolli on Feb. 2025 who stayed in the same room called the Massacio and had the same major sewage issue and they did nothing for him either. We came home to Vancouver and our luggage and clothes still wreaked of sewage...Shame on this establishment for renting this room. It is an unacceptable business practice. We were able to go into the room next to us and it did not have the same issue so it is is specific to the room. Also the morning we were leaving we saw a plumbing truck parked right out front of the hotel...We were advised by Andrea (the caretaker) that the owner would call us after the trip. Crickets... Don't let the rating fool you or you may be stuck with a horrible smelling room and a hotel that does not care.
