Fomos quase furtados na recepcao. levaram a mochila do meu marido, meu filho correu atras do ladarao e conseguiu recuperar a mochila. foi horrivel. quarto cheirando a mofo, toalhas velhas. hotel muito ruim

Only a block away from Firenze's train station (Santa Maria Novella), Hotel Palace Machiavelli is located very conveniently near the Accademia Gallery, some other tourist spots and a lot of bar and dining options with a variety of price ranges. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. It even has a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Firenze. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of it since the bar it's closed during winter but we went up anyways and photographed the hell out of the view at night. We even ordered the extras they offer you and asked fora bottle of chianti (that was already waiting in the room for us when we arrived). I really recommend this hotel if you want to visit Firenze, even if it's just for a couple of days.

Excelente servicio. Gente muy amable. Desayuno delicioso. Muy buena ubicación.

We really liked this hotel. We wish we stayed there instead of the previous hotel.

房間裏沒有熱水壺，需要向前台要。 位置很好，就是市中心繁華街道里，出門逛街方便。 前台服務也很好。很熱情

位置很好，靠近火車站和中央市場。由於外面很冷，酒店關掉了空調。因此必須打開陽台門讓冷空氣進來。不幸的是，那天下雨，雨水進了房間，蚊子也進來了。向接待處反饋要打開空調，但他說他無能為力，因為已經是深夜了，負責人已經回家了，要求我把陽台門打開，在被咬的地方塗上霜（諷刺）在這裡..那個時候去哪裡買奶油？）。不過，他還是帶了毛巾放在濕地板上。 幸虧是住一晚，不然就成了蚊子的盛宴了。在我離開之前，我看到3隻蚊子停在天花板上，等待下一個受害者。

Room was terrible. It smelled very strongly of air freshener and the bathroom smelled awful, like sewer gas. I believe it was the floor drain. We had to keep the bathroom door open and the window in the room open to air it out. If we kept the bathroom door closed it was even worse. The toilet seat crumbled apart and broke right off of the toilet the first time we used it. No warm water in the shower when I tried to use it. Location was good.

The staff was exceptional, a credit to the hotel. Perfect location.The hotel itsefl was just ok. Extremelt poor wifi service, very uncomfortable bed, tv volume control set at 22, too low. A 30 would have been ok. Planning to return to FLorence. Will consider another hotel.

La ubicación es buena ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de trenes, el hotel no está del todo mal, solo que las alfombras de los pasillos se ven muy sucias o viejas y la verdad le da un mal aspecto al hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y los baños también amplios y bonitos. Las puertas de las habitaciones se sienten muy viejas. No pude conocer el Rooftop ya que si no mal recuerdo, solo está abierto de 5 a 9:30pm (creo). El desayuno está bien, nada espectacular. Hay muchas opciones cerca del hotel para comer o cenar (por ejemplo el mercado central). Llegue a casi todas partes caminando.

Hotel was very nice and a good location. Would stay there again.
