Stay was amazing!
Perfectly located across the piazza, where s there s ambiance, shops, dining options.
The property itself is so adorable. My room was perfect. Check in process was seamless. Shoutout to Sara for being so great!
Room was super clean. Spacious, had great amenities.
I would definitely stay there again in Florence!

SPECTACULAR!!! We loved everything about this hotel. The friendly service, room cleanliness and central location.
You can walk to all major sites, lots of food options and Maria was amazing! Highly recommended!!

We drove into Piazza della Repubblica where the hotel is located. Valet parking by Florence Parking a unique experience as the key and car are handed over to a driver on arrival. (By the Apple store in the Piazza). Our car was returned on request all be it a little later than asked for. Communication with Florence parking was through the hotel on arrival and with WhatsApp text and call to arrange delivery on departure. On arrival the driver videoed the car all around so in case of damage it can be proved. I understood that is a requirement and leads me to believe they are very careful with the car! All in all it’s a good and safe procedure.

Gran gran ubicación !
En el centro de todo, restaurantes, tiendas, lugares de intereses.
Mucho movimiento en las calles a todas horas pero destaco que las habitaciones tienen excelentes ventanas antirruido que permiten descansar muy bien. Solo hace falta aire acondicionado pero si me volvería a quedar ahí sin dudarlo

This place is one of the best experiences weve had with ******* rentals. Florence was great partly due to where we stayed. The staff was very helpful and pleast to work with. Everything worked out perfect.

Just wow! Attention to every detail with gold fixtures and updated design and decor. It was very clean and beautiful. Located near lots of places to eat. The staff was attentive and friendly. We would go back.

What a gem in the heart of Florence!
Room spacious and comfy. Nice view from the room too. Short walk from the train station and few minutes walk from main plaza. Loved it.

Good location (although a bit noisy) and fabulous shower. Bed was very firm (good for young backs, not so great for older backs) and rather squeaky. But overall good place to stay for someone who wants a very central location
