The greatest hospitality ever! Thank you Andrea for making my stay there magical! Now I have one more reason to love and visit again Florence! The hotel Soggiorno Rubino with the greatest rooftop view to Duomo and the landscape of Florence! Fantastic sunsets and dawns! I am missing my room already! The fringe and the extra snacks also a plus! Also, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is also situated 4 min from the main train station and 10 min from Duomo. It could not have been more central! I recommend the hotel 110%! Book it or you'll miss it!

Soggiorno molto carino a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e a 10 minuti dal Duomo di Firenze. Il soggiorno si compone di bagno e, al piano rialzato, camera da letto con vista su Firenze dall’alto. La vista spettacolare merita senza ombra di dubbio i soldi spesi e il gestore è molto cordiale e gentile (ci ha consigliato anche degli ottimi posti per mangiare e fare colazione). Inoltre, quando ha saputo che ero allergica alle graminacee e pollini ha inserito in camera un purificatore per l’aria. Unica pecca della camera: un po’ calda. Niente però da dire dato che era presente aria condizionata (d’altronde è al quinto piano dell’edificio, proprio sopra i tetti di Firenze). Da consigliare.

Started with great communication from owner, Andrea, via What's App. Property is in a great location across from train station and close to all attractions with the furthest away probably Piazzale Michelangelo which was around 30 min walk with the closest probably the Market Centrale (2mins) and has lots food options upstairs. And the view from room amazing. The room has everything you could need inc fantastic air con. In the midst of an Italian heatwave it was essential. Andrea had turned it on prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated. There is a lift to property. Don't attempt the stairs in the heat. It's not worth it. We were given couple recommendations for food from owner and can confirm these were good and great value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay here again.

Only 5 mins walk from station, on top floor but only 4 rooms with ensuite. Netflix was great addition. Manager very helpful and friendly. Quiet, clean and well presented. Restaurants and cafes close by, near the market and church. Close to Dome
