My daughter, son-in-law, and I were traveling from Switzerland to Italy via the train system. We had 2 rooms reserved for Monday and Tuesday and were then moving on to Rome. My daughter picked this hotel because we had been staying in the city and we were looking for something a little different. We missed our connection in Milan, due to mechanical problems on our initial train. Once we arrived in Florence, we waited over 1/2 hour for a taxi, at the train station, for our roughly 20 minute ride out of the city and to the hotel. Taxi dropped us off at the reception area, which was dark, and ended up having to call to have someone check us in. The man who came was very nice and helpful and felt bad that we hadn't eaten and that the on-site restaurant was closed on Monday. Also, the pool we were really looking forward to, closed at dark. He drove us to our rooms, which would have been 1/2 mile walk, and ordered pizza's for us. We did not get the rooms we had booked, and instead were each ”upgraded to a villa”. There was plenty of room, that's for sure! They were very gothic and quit creepy in the dark. My room key was a skelton key that had to be played with to work and the lighting inside and out was very poor. I found my mattress to be quite hard and uncomforable. I'll admit the villa was better in the daylight. The man that was at the reception house in the morning was abrupt and not terribly friendly, but did obtain a taxi for our trip back into Florence. On the plus side, the view from our villa was fantastic. I got up early to catch the sun rising over Florence. For someone looking for housing with lots of room, character and relaxation, this is your place. Best suited from someone who wants to prepare their own meals and has transportation, as it's a long dangerous (winding road) walk into town for anything you need, or an expensive taxi ride to and from.

房間很有設計感，雖然不是很大但是很溫馨舒適，衹是這個房型很坑的是它在半層，需要下一個很窄的樓梯，房間裏面還有幾級台階，大箱子很不友好！早餐還是很不錯的，可以坐在外麪感受。

很有特色，可以領略到純正的托斯卡納田園風光。 而且在當地很著名，出租司機都認識。 是座景色怡人，古樸典雅的鄉村莊園。 房間很大，舒適。牀很大。 就是去市區都要坐出租車，不過出租車不算難打。

First off the good this hotel is extremely unique. I love the way it’s set up. For a dirty/romantic getaway, this place could be absolutely phenomenal, the twinkle lights in the room in the mirrors on the Wall Trust me this place could be fun! We arrived in March we stayed for two nights Unfortunately in March there is no AC in the hotel. The heater was stuck on in the bathroom and at night the temperature got to 33° We open the window for the brisk, nightmare and in came thousands of mosquitoes… definitely not the hotels fault but a screen over the window would’ve elevated our experience a great deal. Unfortunately my son is covered in mosquito bites from head to toe and I had a less severe reaction, but I also slept with a sheet over my head The hotel gracefully Sprayed our rooms the next day to get rid of the mosquitoes which worked But unfortunately on the last of us day, we slept with the windows open, and it was unbearably hot. The bar downstairs was well stocked and very expensive and the local economy you can buy a bottle of Jameson for €20 in unfortunately one double cost exactly the same. I would’ve happily drank whiskey there all night long and have a great time but it was just a little too expensive if you stay there bring your own alcohol you’ll need it for the temperatures in the room. To be honest, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to Black walls of the hallways were unique. Very nice hotel, but like I said some screens on the rooms and some creative pricing at the bar would’ve made this a five star steak

酒店絕對是很棒的大房間，服務友好，樂於助人的工作人員。在城市中心的位置可以步行至所有重要的地標。該酒店本身就是博物館。佛羅倫薩有史以來第一家酒店。尋找Vincenzo，他是一個非常出色的門童，他的知識淵博友好，隨時樂於助人！我再次回到那裡，那是我所住的唯一一家旅館

這家酒店可以說是超級完美。但是美中不足的是由於我跟我朋友一起去的酒店，那個酒店前台可以說是直接忽略我，然後給我分配了一個最小最小的房間，這讓我不是很高興，畢竟酒店錢也不便宜。我朋友跟我定的同一個房型。I mean during the check in the entire time, the staff ignored me the entire time, I understand he knows I was with my friends, but I have my reservation separately, he should handle it by the order, and not just assigned me the smallest room just because I was a single person.I booked the exactly same type of room just like my friends, and their room is twice bigger than mine. And I can only eat breakfast in bed because there was no room to put it. That’s hilarious actually.

A very nice hotel totally renovate, the rooms are well cleaned and the breakfast has a lot of choice. The staff are very kind and they speak many languages. The director Jean and the general manager Maroun were very helpful and they made sure that we have a memorable experience in Florence. Highly recommend!

可以用完美形容。 在佛羅倫薩三晚，2晚PORTRAIT,1晚特意去體驗四季，兩家酒店對比，給以下建議： 1）服務：先說服務，個人感覺，PORTRAIT服務更加親切和熱情。進門就有WELCOME DRINK,有啤酒和紅酒和其他飲料。有個俄羅斯來的門童小哥非常熱情，真的可以用賓至如歸來形容。CHECK IN是沒有酒店前台的，就是一個大客廳的樣子，客人坐沙發上，會有服務人員上前辦理手續。臨走，還會問是否要帶瓶裝水；四季，沒啥可以說不好，但是，很標準，很專業，但是，沒有溫度。 PORTRAIT勝出。 2）位置：四季比較偏離景點，但是也不遠，距離上不能說是弱項，酒店有花園，但是也不是很大，還好（參照上海的花園飯店這麼大小）。而且，主要，花園布置，沒有很特別。PORTRAIT在老橋邊上，最中心的位置，一切都方便。PORTRAIT勝出。 3）價格: 四季 7900多 35M2，不帶早； PORTRAIT 4500一晚/4900一晚，40M2，但是酒店都給我升等了，住了53的房型，含2早。PORTRAIT又勝出。 4）房間裝修：房間，四季是歐式的，還是中規中矩; PORTRAIT比較現代，還帶了一個簡易廚房櫃，可以自己熱東西吃。風格上個人是喜歡PORTRAIT。牀品2家都不錯。 5）四季，因為價格貴很多，心裏自然對他的要求會高。服務我打了4分，是因為，不特別，性價比不好。米其林一星的PALAGIO餐廳也嘗試了，也衹能說，還好，不驚喜，中規中矩。晚餐沒在PORTRAIT吃，酒店的人會很詢問你愛吃啥，也會給你推薦本地的好餐廳，並幫客人預定。 6）四季應該貴在很多附加？比如我看到還設了美髮的，估計SPA也蠻好的，但是沒使用，另外，四季有泳池，但是也不大，也沒開。PORTRAIT沒有泳池。 推薦PORTRAIT。以上希望對後來的人有參考。

Location is near main train station and the center of Florence, everything is a walking distance from this charming hotel. We loved that it is traditional, with an old school charm but well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful we really cannot fault the service, rooms or location… we could see the Duomo from our window! So special! Our experience was amazing cannot wait to go back!! The hotel is situated in the very center of the city, just 10 minutes and you were in front of the Duomo! The staff were helpful, receptionists spoke English well. The hotel has a vintage feel and it is very charming. The room was more spacious than we expected, cleanliness was always on point and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Romantic old Charm Hotel, highly recommended!
