While the hotel was satisfactory, I was told in an email from ******* that I had a message FROM Hampton Inn that the pet fee was $50. When I checked in they told me $75. When I told them about the email, they said it would be $50. When they charged my card it was $75 again. I’ve emailed twice, tried to complete online twice and called once to no avail. This is poor customer service and I cannot recommend them for not standing behind what I was told at check-in by their own staff. Shameful conduct when I’m sure the room was vacuumed and sheets changed and nothing more. I recommend you keep your complimentary $75 “pet bag.”
