Very comfortable… Easy access by public transport… 50 meters walking from hotel to bus stop heading to Chur town or train station. Staff are very helpful.

スタッフの方がみんなフレンドリーで暖かい方達ばかりでした。 近くにマックやスーパーもあるし クール駅から20分ほどですが歩いていけます。 窓の外にはすぐ山があってロケーションも良かったです。

El hotel está muy bien, nivel ibis general, con una habitación cuádruple bastante buena y cómoda, con todo lo necesario y unas vistas maravillosas a las montañas. El desayuno también bien pero sin ser una maravilla. Está a unos 2 km de la estación de tren de Chur, un poco a las afueras de la ciudad, pero allí todas las zonas son seguras y había supermercados y gasolineras donde comprar alimentos. Desde la puerta sale un bus que es gratuito por ser cliente del hotel y te lleva a la estación de tren. Lo peor fue que se averió el wifi y como era Pascua no vinieron a arreglarlo. Un fastidio, la verdad. Había una chica que hablaba perfectamente el español. El personal correcto. Parking 12€/día

Solito format IBIS che si conosce quindi camere non enormi ma nemmeno minuscole, bagno decente, pulizia più che accettabile. Grande lobby a piano terra, piacevole e confortevole per lavorare se si ha del tempo libero a fine giornata. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, posizione non centralissima ma buona per chi come me si muove nella zona commerciale, per lavoro.

Beautiful family room at the top floor. This exceeded our expectations! The lift does not go up to the top floor but that did not bother us. The breakfast was average but it was enough for us. Parking conveniently located under the hotel. The hotel was quite nosy - we heard people speaking in their rooms. Also, the window shutters are electronic and you cannot avoid hearing when other people are closing them late in the evening/night. Also on Friday and Saturday nights, there were quite a few cars speeding up close to the hotel which you can clearly hear into the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights i September 2023. It is the second time I stayed here. The room is begining to look well used, so in the lobby there were display of plans for renovatio ofthe rooms, which is needed. The room was clean. The hotel is located next to a very busy road and shopping area, so you need to close the windows to be able to sleep. I did not eat breakfast here as it is very expensive. There is parking in the basement of the hotel.

Great hotel pr price. Good beds and easy accsess. I love the carpet floor, it is not so cold. Only the shower was not so good, the showerhead was cheap and without good preasure. Also the termostat is not the one with regulation so you will be burned when it fluxates.
