洲際假日飯店及套房，阿登 - 阿什維爾機場

The location is very close to the airport. And I love the breakfast very much.

Very confy stay, close to the airport ND they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport

Booked on *******, a room for 4. There was a $20 charge for an extra guest. The hotel said it was ******* and vice versa. ******* returned the money as rewards cash. Holiday Inn dud nothing. Got to our room. There door was open with a maintenance cart outside. No one in the room. My son needed to use the restroom after a 4 hour drive. Went in the bathroom and the toilet was in the bathtub. Went back to front desk. I don't know how they weren't aware the room was unusable. Were given a different room. No comps given. I asked for breakfast as s comp for our room. No response. Wanted $14.94 pp for a hotel breakfast. No thanks. Spent less at the Starbucks next door. Plenty of other hotels in this area. Will not go back here.

I am a Hilton honor member this hotel(IPH) is not. Breakfast is $14.95, which is not included with your stay. One of the main reason I enjoy staying at on of the Hilton Honor hotel is the delicious breakfast buffet. My room wasn't ready I waited 30 min pass the 4pm check-in.

The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again.

Airport shuttle not available for our 6:30AM flight. Conceirge arranged for early shuttle but we would have arrived after boarding had begun. Chose to UBER instead. Limited menu at restaurant, breakfast not avaiable before our flight, no grab and go alternatives available.

Overall the experience was good. The breakfast bar that you pay $14.95 was more or less a standard inclusion at most hotels. I don't feel it was worth the money but just my opionion based on stays at many hotels where a similar offering is included with the room.

The only thing is the shuttle is not 24/7 if I knew this I would have booked elsewhere but if you need a nice hotel with a great staff reasonable near the air port with a shuttle this hotel is always so good .

Our room was really nice. This Holiday Inn is in really good condition. I hope it stays that way. Our room was very nice. Just very minor wear. Something that we were pleasantly surprised with was a call from the front desk just to ask if we needed anything. Wonderful customer service! Don't forget to visit the hot tub! It was great! vistverienced was a call from the frint desk.
